I am not a lawyer nor am I an actor trying to sound like one but, like a lot of people, I read the newspapers every day about criminal charges made against people who use false and fraudulent documentation. The law is very specific and in every state it is the same: possession and use of fraudulent documentation is a felony, it is a very serious crime. You can and will be arrested if you do this and upon conviction, you will go to prison. On Wednesday, April 27, 2011, in a televised report to the entire nation, Barack Hussein Obama II committed this crime when he presented his fraudulent long form birth certificate for everyone to see. You watch this video and you and everyone else have become a witness to the crime.
No one knows for sure exactly why Obama finally revealed his long form birth certificate but there was mounting pressure from Donald Trump's publicity over his investigations and the release of Dr. Jerome Corsi's new book "Where's the Birth Certificate?" that became the #1 best seller on Amazon.com in the weeks before its release. One thing is certain, it didn't take long before the document was scrutinized by computer experts who all discovered the document was a sloppily made fake. So the question remains, what to do about this. Some say it is a case for impeachment but a more cautious and considered opinion comes from a businesswoman in Colorado named Ann Barnhardt and I quote the following from her web site.

BARACK OBAMA IS NOT LEGALLY SEATED. Barack Obama is not the President of the United States. He is a fraud and a usurper, and may or may not be a citizen of the United States of America. Why? Because if Obama is impeached, the impeachment proceeding ITSELF would establish a legal precedent affirming his legitimacy as POTUS. Impeaching him would actually give him the full rubber-stamping of legal affirmation by the Congress AND the SCOTUS. Dude. That CAN NOT happen.
If he is removed via law enforcement action - as he should be - the entire Obama regime and currently usurping Executive Branch would be instantly dissolved and nullified, as would ALL ACTIONS and LAWS enacted by the Obama regime. Do you understand what this means? If Obama is arrested, ObamaCare instantly ceases to be. All of the drilling moratoriums instantly cease to be. Everything that these Godforsaken Communist wretches have done INSTANTLY, LEGALLY, and PERMANENTLY is deleted. Sotomayor and Kagan? PACK YOUR BAGS, YOU MARXIST WENCHES. Eric Holder? What size orange jumpsuit can we fit you with, Player?
Obama needs to be arrested and held without bail, as he is obviously a massive, massive flight risk. The first thing that Law Enforcement needs to do is determine if he is a full citizen, dual citizen or not a citizen at all. If he is a full or dual citizen, he needs to be tried for treason given all of the rights and due process afforded a citizen of the United States under the Constitution. If convicted, he needs to spend the rest of his life in the SuperMax Federal Pen in Florence, Colorado. If he is found to have no U.S. citizenship at all, he needs to be tried by a military tribunal as an enemy combatant, and if convicted, specially housed for the rest of his life at Florence, Colorado.
This man and his cabal of fellow criminals has committed the single-largest act of fraud in the HISTORY OF THE WORLD. And I'm not exaggerating. He has usurped the office of Chief Executive of the LARGEST ECONOMY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD - and in that capacity actively attempted to destroy it, the rammifications of which would adversely affect most of the 6.8 billion souls on this planet. Further, he has usurped as Commander in Chief the most powerful military and weapons arsenal in the history of the world. He has had the personal capacity to launch weapons that could literally kill billions of people in a matter of hours. This is NO. FRICKING. JOKE. This is not some game. This is not a TV show. This is as deathly serious as it gets.
Read this over and over until you understand. Then send it to everyone you know. This is not an impeachment situation, and impeachment would only legitimize a completely illegitimate usurper and fraud. This is a straight-up law enforcement action.

I am a big fan of this courageous lady and would love to see more people like her running our government, making our laws and enforcing them. I think she hit the nail on the head with her opinion of this and I agree with everything she said.

ReplyDeleteGood post. I am with you 100% but all I hear is crickets coming from our legislators. I wrote my congressman about this a week ago and as of yet I have no answer. I'm not expecting any.
This issue is way too hot for anyone to touch. The congress critters and the judiciary don't have the stones to create a constitutional crisis and then have the legacy of being party to defrocking the first black president.
That's it in a nutshell. If it were a white POTUS there would be a stampede to toss him out with these allegations. We all know it to be true.
The question remains... where are our statesman and the rule of law?

ReplyDeleteGeketa, the fake birth certificate had all the sloppy earmarks of being done in a hurry and the White House probably knew this, so they very likely used the take down of Osama bin Laden as a distraction. Now all we need is a few Republicans with the courage to charge Obama with the crime. They need to know the one effective way to stop the Democrats is to remove the top dog from office.

The white one is not "optimized" and shows better detail on letters and
form elements, the green one shows the penciled in markings better. Clearly
there is still a third "original" somewhere. There is a story here to be
discovered if only more would take notice.

Who "optimized" the contents of the green document
Why, as early as 1966 are the nordyke twins BC's on microfilm and Obama's
appears copied from a book?
No matter how serious you take this, the simple change from white to green
on an official document is troublesome.

I like Ann Barnhardt's reasoning. Please someone in law enforcement or the military stand up and have the courage to remove BHO from office. The future of my two children depend on this event happening.
