Muslim lawyers ask Ohio court to ban Christmas cards for Rifqa Bary

You remember Rifqa Bary, the 17-year old girl from Columbus, Ohio who ran away from her Muslim family after they found out she converted to Christianity. Her father threatened to kill her for insulting his family and religion as prescribed by the Quran. The Ohio Family Court put Rifqa in a foster home while her dependency case is being tried in a Columbus courtroom and she is being held incommunicado. Rifqa has less rights now than a convicted criminal: no visitors, no email, no cell phone. Now a lot of people around the world, literally, have been sending Rifqa Bary hundreds of Christmas cards c/o her lawyer and the Muslim attorneys provided by the terrorist supporting organization CAIR have filed a motion with the court to have all of these Christmas cards banned and seized and turned over to them.

Anyone who wants to send a Christmas card can address them to: Rifqa Bary c/o Angela Lloyd 255C Drinko Hall 55 West 12th Avenue Columbus, OH 43210. It would be a fitting gesture to wish this courageous young girl a Christmas prayer to help keep her spirit up.

For those people unfamiliar with the issue, many Muslim Mosques, including the American Islamic Waqf Noor Islamic Cultural Center mosque in Dublin, Ohio where the Bary family attend, preach Islamic Sharia Law. This mosque has been the location for numerous radical Muslim affairs. The Noor Mosque is where the internationally known Hamas cleric, Salah Sultan, was the resident scholar before being banned from the United States. The largest cell of Al Qaeda operatives was operating from the largest mosque in the Columbus area which has a population of more than 70,000 Muslims, the second largest of any city in the U.S. Columbus is one of the cities under current investigation concerning the U.S. operations of Al-Qaeda. Radical Muslims are proud of the Islamic Sharia Law "honor killings" when someone in their family embarrasses them. This is not limited to the Islamic part of the world. Police records show several young women in the U.S. have been slaughtered for dressing too Western or dating the wrong boyfriend. In Rifqa's case, she met Jesus and became a Christian. This may be the supreme offense, for Muslims now consider Fathima Rifqa Bary to be an Apostate, a crime punishable by death! Fathima Rifqa Bary is a target for the radical Muslim community of Columbus, Ohio. Muslim scriptures such as the Sahih hadith by Mohammad 9:50 states: “No Umma (a member of the Muslim community) should be killed for killing a Kaffir (an infidel). . . Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him.” The United Nations tabulates about 5,000 such "honor killings" annually around the world, and they have been documented even in the United States, though most often they are categorized as Domestic Violence.

While the CAIR attorneys try legal maneuvers to prevent this young Christian convert the simple joy of reading a Christmas card her parents still make representations to the media that they intend to honor and respect her Christian faith. At the same time their attorney files sealed motions stating that Christmas cards are "dangerous to her health and safety" they make false presentations on how this “religion of peace” respects the teachings of other faiths. This news and a copy of the motion were provided to me from a respected source who noted that CAIR has raised funds for the Bary's legal jihad to have the courts return the 17 year-old to her allegedly abusive Muslim family.
A final comment about this so-called "religion of peace" is another quote from the Islamic holy book, the Quran: 8:39 says “Wage war on non-muslims and kill them until they submit and the only religion is Islam.” How do faithful Muslims deal with instructions like these? How can they? Can the only peaceful Muslim actually be a bad Muslim in the eyes of their own faith? If you know a Muslim or happen to meet one, ask them.
