The coverup is often worse than the crime.

Two major controversies are coming to a boil this week and they both involve the acts of high government officials, both  Democrats, involved in coverups. Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will announce its decision on the constitutionality of Obamacare, the Socialized Medicine plan concocted by Obama's Democrat-controlled Congress. Also happening tomorrow, the House of Representatives will take up a vote to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in Contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over documents related to the Dept. of Justice's Fast and Furious gun-running operation that resulted in Border Patrol officer Brian Terry being killed with one  of the guns the DOJ allowed to be smuggled into Mexico.

Elena Kagan was Barack Hussein Obama's Solicitor General before he nominated her for the U.S. Supreme Court. The United States Solicitor General is the person appointed to represent the federal government of the United States before the Supreme Court of the United States. Elena Kagan served in the Obama administration when the Obamacare law advanced through Congress and now is on the Supreme Court bench sitting in judgment of it. Although there have been many calls for Justice Kagan to recuse herself she has adamantly refused.
“Justice Kagan should provide the American people a full explanation about her refusal to recuse herself in light of the new information about her potential involvement with Obamacare when she served as solicitor general,” Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told WND.

“And the Department of Justice’s stonewall of our information requests shows that [Attorney General] Eric Holder is, once again, in full cover up mode,” he said today.
Now as far as the Fast and Furious investigation is concerned, it is beginning to look like the reason Holder has refused to turn of the documents to Congress is because they will show that Barack Hussein Obama was involved in the approval of the plan. So whether or not Holder becomes the sacrificial goat to protect his boss, the cover-up will continue until that Congressional subcommittee gets the evidence it subpoenaed. Chalk this one up to the long list of crimes that should culminate with charges of Impeachment against the imposter-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama. A criminal act resulting in the death of a law enforcement officer during the pursuit of his duties should warrant life imprisonment - or the death penalty. I think that either would be a fitting legacy to end Barack Hussein Obama's career.
There is little difference between a coverup and a conspiracy. The cover-up protects someone's ass from being prosecuted for a bad deed and a conspiracy is a criminal plan to commit the bad deed.
