Crank up the left-wing propaganda machine, here comes Obama.

All the news media is reporting today that the 2012 Obama campaign has begun with their new slogan, "Forward". Aside from this, the leftist news media will be wetting their pants and getting tingles down their legs over the Obama Superman-hero propaganda, wherein we will be reminded from now till election day who it was who single-handedly wiped out all of those nasty leaders of al-Qaida. And remember, every cornered rat will kill their own kind to survive. And that goes for the Occupy protesters, too.
Unfortunately for the uninformed the slogan has been used many times before but Obama is counting on everyone's poor memory not to realize that. I rather like the patriotic opposition's take on this Obama slogan as shown on another web site, The Patriot Post.
And this one sent to me by a friend that comes from the Leading Light Communist Organization.
Check this next web site for examples of when and where this "Forward" slogan has been used in the past. http://www.hackwilson.blogspot.com/  This blogger has dug up quite a selection from the inglorious past of every communist regime.

Forward! The Communist slogan now adopted by Obama. (PHOTOS)

Barack Obama's 2012 reelection campaign just released its official slogan for the year. The one iconic leftist propaganda phrase, "Forward".
I suspect this is, and always has been, Barack Obama's personal wet dream, cultivated from a very young age by his radical Marxist mother, self admitted Communist grandfather, and personal childhood mentor, Communist, America hater, and pedophile Frank Marshall Davis.

The "Forward" slogan isn't anything new to politics. Wikipedia's article on the leftist term Forward states:
The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and other leftwing newspapers and publications. For example, Vpered (Russian language for 'Forward') was the name of the publication that Lenin started after having resigned from the Iskra editorial board in 1905 after a clash with Georgi Plekhanov and the Mensheviks.
Just a few examples of the term Forward in Communist/Socialist/Marxist propaganda...
Forward for the Motherland, for our victory!
Go to this blog and see the rest of this great collection of leftist propaganda.

You cannot discount the fact that Barack Hussein Obama was greatly influenced in his youth when his self-admitted mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a life-long communist, befriended him in Hawaii when he was 10 years old. Obama even wrote about him in his book. And if you have any doubts about the lingering affects of the communist mentor that befriended Obama for many years, check out KeyWiki's completely documented history.

Barack Obama and the Communist Party

Usually, I just quote from the text of these articles, but this one is so extensively documented that I thought I would just quote the references as a teaser to get you to read it all.

  2. "You cannot discount the fact that Barack Hussein Obama was greatly influenced in his youth when his self-admitted mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a life-long communist, befriended him in Hawaii when he was 10 years old"?

Davis was NOT Obama's "self-admitted mentor." The fabrication may be traced to so-called "Accuracy In Media."

Although Obama's book indicates "Frank" was a family friend who offered him advice on racial issues, Obama wrote that Davis "fell short" and his views were "incurable." Obama's book proves that Obama did not consider Davis to be a "wise and trusted counselor," which is the standard definition of "mentor." By what creative definition can Davis be considered his "mentor"?

Further, according to "Dreams," Obama visited Davis only twice on his own after visiting with Gramps: once to discuss his grandmother's bus stop incident, and three years later before leaving for college. When could any "communist" training occur?

  3. Kaleokualoha, You forgot to identify yourself as being the son of Frank Marshall Davis. I just checked Google and found your blog where you state in your bio: "Retired Air Force Intelligence Officer, and son of Frank Marshall Davis. Grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii. Enlisted in 1968 and commissioned in 1983."

Here is a bit more on another blog: Citizen Tom http://citizentom.com/2010/01/08/bad-journalistic-practices-and-gossip-affect-real-people-a-final-word/ that is more sympathetic:
"According to some, when President Barack Obama was a young man, Davis served as his mentor. Unfortunately for Davis’ son, Davis’ reputation suffered from his association with the president. In March of 2007, a communist identified Frank Marshall Davis as the “Frank” mentioned in his book (see here), Dreams of my Father. Things went downhill from there. Davis had his share of enemies and a less than immaculate reputation. "

And this quote from Prison Planet blog: http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=123481.5;wap2 that is less sympathetic:

    "In 1971 or 1972, Obama is sent back to Hawaii to live with his mother’s parents;
Obama attends the elite, expensive, private Punahou High School (1971-1979).
Because of his drug abuse, Obama’s grades are poor in his final two years of high school. Obama later writes that “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.”

While a teenager in Hawaii, Obama spends considerable time with Frank Marshall Davis (whose identity Obama hides by describing him only as “Frank” in his book, “Dreams From My Father”). Davis is a dope-smoking drinking buddy of Obama’s grandfather, Stanley Dunham; Dunham and Davis had known each other in Kansas. Obama had met Davis shortly after arriving in Hawaii, at age 10, but was most influenced by him during his high school years. In place of his absent father and stepfather, Davis becomes Obama’s mentor. [19,21,389]
    ...
Davis ... is the author of the book “Sex Rebel: Black” under the pseudonym Bob Greene.
    ...
It is believed that Davis was a close friend of Thomas Ayers (father of William Ayers) in Chicago, and that it was Davis who encouraged Obama to attend Columbia College in New York and hook up with William Ayers. [259]

Davis’ Marxist-inspired poetry includes lines like, “Smash on, victory-eating Red Army!”

Titles of his poems include, “Christ is a Dixie Nigger.” [261] "

  4. Thanks for your response.

Davis's identity is not a point of contention. The claim that Davis was his "self-admitted mentor," on the other hand IS a point of contention.

  5. Kaleokualoha, KeyWiki has more on this "point of contention". http://keywiki.org/index.php/Frank_Marshall_Davis

Frank Marshall Davis knew Barack Obama from as early as 9 or 10, until he left Hawaii for Occidental College in 1978 at the age of 18.

Barack Obama’s 1995 autobiography, Dreams from My Father, included several examples of Obama receiving advice from Frank Marshall Davis:

    * Obama’s grandmother (Toot) and Gramps have an argument over whether Gramps should give Toot a ride to work after she had been threatened at a bus stop by a black panhandler. Obama looks to Frank to sort it out in his mind. (p. 89-91)
    * When Toot is having difficulty convincing the drug-abusing young Obama to apply for college, it is again Frank who is able to convince Obama that college is necessary. (p. 96-98)
    * Frank tells the young Obama “…you may be a well-trained, well-paid nigger, but you’re a nigger just the same.” (p. 97)

Davis told Obama that black people "have a reason to hate [white people)" (Dreams from My Father, p. 91). He also advised the college-bound Obama to "keep your eyes open" and "Stay awake" otherwise he would be "trained" against his own interests. (p. 97) Obama explained how he carried out Davis's advice. "To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets." (p. 100).

  6. Kaleokualoha, I have additional information regarding how your father was identified as Obama's mentor in Hawaii.

There was a story on Political Affairs, a Communist Party web site that has since been scrubbed but someone copied it and posted it here:
    http://wincoast.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-72920.html

    This is what it says:

"Frank" was the same Frank Marshall Davis, black communist writer. In March of 2007 Gerald Horne, a contributing editor of the Communist Party journal Political Affairs, made a speech at the reception of the Communist Party USA archives at the Tamiment Library at NYU. His speech was called "Rethinking the History and Future of the Communist Party." Here's what professor Horne (a fellow communist) had to say: http://www.politicalaffairs.net/article/articleview/5047/1/32/

... deploring these convictions in Hawaii was an African-American poet and journalist by the name of Frank Marshall Davis, who was certainly in the orbit of the CP – if not a member – and who was born in Kansas and spent a good deal of his adult life in Chicago, before decamping to Honolulu in 1948 at the suggestion of his good friend Paul Robeson. Eventually, he befriended another family – a Euro-American family – that had migrated to Honolulu from Kansas and a young woman from this family eventually had a child with a young student from Kenya East Africa who goes by the name of Barack Obama, who retracing the steps of Davis eventually decamped to Chicago. In his best selling memoir 'Dreams of my Father', the author speaks warmly of an older black poet, he identifies simply as "Frank" as being a decisive influence in helping him to find his present identity as an African-American, a people who have been the least anticommunist and the most left-leaning of any constituency in this nation – though you would never know it from reading so-called left journals of opinion."

  7. What is the source of your claim that Davis was Obama's "self-admitted mentor"? There is no doubt that Horne first identified "Frank" as Davis, or that Obama received some advice from Davis.

  8. Kaleokualoha, I don't have the time to play semantics with you on this. Obviously you don't agree with this point and nothing I say will change that. There is nothing more to discuss.
