Black on White crime hardly gets anyone protesting in the streets. Racial bias in the courts also a problem.

The day before the Sanford, Florida jury acquitted George Zimmerman of the self-defense shooting of Trayvon Martin, another crime victim lost his fight to stay alive but didn't get much news coverage outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. Pat Mahaney, died suddenly on Friday morning, July 12th in North College Hill, a small town in Hamilton County, Ohio. Pat Mahaney, who is White, was 46-years old and had been suffering from the vicious beating he received 11-months ago by 6 Black teenagers who admitted they beat him because they were bored. To add insult to injury, the 6 Black teenagers, ages 13 to 14, were brought before a Black female Juvenile Court judge named Tracie Hunter, a Democrat, who only won her court seat after a year of controversy over numerous uncounted votes in the 2010 elections. Doesn't that sound familiar?

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio - Six teens who allegedly severely beat a man because they were "bored" appeared in court Tuesday.

Hamilton County Juvenile Judge Tracie Hunter set new hearings later in September for each of the boys, ages 13 to 14. She has not yet set a trial date for the boys, who were indicted last week on one count each of felonious assault and aggravated rioting under the serious youth offenders statute, which

means that while the teens are not being tried as adults and court proceedings will continue in Hamilton County Juvenile Court, the teens could face either a juvenile sentence or an adult sentence if convicted.

Four of the teens have been released from custody, while Hunter lowered the bond amount for a fifth teen and set a Thursday bond hearing for a sixth teen.

Does this preferential treatment given to 6 Black teenagers accused of a vicious, premeditated crime by a Black, Democrat judge represent racial bias? It sure seems so but where is the liberal mainstream news media lighting the bonfires of righteous indignation? Nowhere to be seen. In an another unrelated controversy involving Judge Hunter, the Cincinnati Enquirer wrote on May 21, 2013, that:

“Judge Hunter has notified (the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office) that she has declined to be represented” by prosecutors, Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor Christian Schaefer wrote in Monday court documents in one of the lawsuits.

This is the latest in an ongoing battle over the lawyers who will represent Hunter. Previously, Hunter, a Democrat, said she can’t trust Republican Prosecutor Joe Deters, whose office includes a group of civil lawyers who, by law, serve as the attorneys for elected officials.

 Hunter was elected Juvenile Court judge in the 2010 election but only took office more than a year later, after she won a federal lawsuit that required some previously uncounted votes to be counted. When they were counted, Hunter received enough votes to vault her over John Williams and won the election.

Grand Jury Indicts Juvenile Court Judge Tracie Hunter on 8 Felony charges.

A Hamilton County grand jury on Friday indicted Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge Tracie Hunter on eight charges.

The charges are two counts of tampering with evidence, two counts of forgery, two counts of having an unlawful interest in a public contract and two counts of theft in office.

The issues between both stories is a question of race and politics. Black and White and Democrat versus Republican. Juvenile Court judge Tracie Hunter, who is a Black Democrat, sentenced two of the six black teenagers who savagely beat Pat Mahaney to probation and community service. Where was the public indignation over that slap on the hand sentence? Where was the national news coverage? While one of the remaining four has pleaded not guilty, the other three teens have pleaded guilty to assault and await sentencing. But now that Pat Mahaney has died, the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office has said that additional charges could be filed based upon the autopsy report from the Hamilton County Coroner's Office.

Putting this all in perspective, there seems to be a blatant double standard in the liberal news media when it comes to crime reporting in America involving Blacks and Whites. When a victim of a shooting is Black, as in the Trayvon Martin case, and the suspected perpetrator is White, or even half-Hispanic as was George Zimmerman, the race is always made an issue. It mattered not that George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin in self-defense. The news media twisted that scenario into outright fiction going so far as to doctor photos of Zimmerman's bloody head and face and editing his 911 phone call.  And the professional Black activists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson can always be counted on rallying their troops to stage protests. But when the victim is White and the alleged perpetrator is Black there seems to be a zone of silence dropped over  the case to keep anyone from becoming alarmed. Another example that is even more horrendous happened in Brunswick, Georgia. Here on the web site of the Council of Conservative Citizens.

Brunswick, GA has been rocked by the unprovoked hate crime murder of a 13 month old baby. The baby was shot right in front of it’s mother by two black teenage thugs. The shooter is believed to be between the ages of 13 and 15. His accomplice was even younger. The mother was also shot in the leg.

Skin color made victims a target
Brunswick, GA is about 60% black. The area where the murder took place is overwhelmingly black. The 2010 census shows the area to be 13% white and 73% black.

The media absolutely refuses to call it a “hate crime.” CNN called it a “robbery attempt.” NBC National News made their leading online story about how a white male is a suspect in killing another white male. The suspect is called a “white supremacist” because he is an ex-con and belongs to a white prison gang. NBC even enlisted the notorious fraudsters at SPLC to comment on how white prison gangs are a major threat to public safety. Think NBC National News would report that the unprovoked execution style murder of a white baby in a black neighborhood is a “hate crime?”

BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) — Police arrested two teenagers Friday who are suspected in the shooting death of a 13-month-old baby in a stroller and wounding the baby’s mother during an attempted robbery.

Seventeen-year-old De’Marquis Elkins is charged as an adult with first-degree murder, along with a 14-year-old who was not identified because he is a juvenile, Police Chief Tobe Green said.

There is no doubt in my mind that there is true evil running rampant in our streets today but while some consider it a social issue involving the lack of diversity or poverty or black skin-privilege, there really is a problem in America with the editors and publishers of our news media who make a career out of covering up the threats to our society. Whatever excuse they have, be it political correctness or affirmative action or personal bias - bad news that involves Blacks, Muslims, Communists, Democrats or anything against American interests is just not newsworthy to the mainstream media. Maybe they are the real problem that needs to fixed first.

The U.S. government is a criminal enterprise and is out of control. The U.S. Constitution was drafted to limit government and affirm the natural rights held by the people, but it is serially ignored and violated by the President, the Congress, the Supreme Court and law enforcers both Federal and local.

The result is growing tyranny and a police state and a Nation that is becoming a simmering cauldron of unrest — sparked by the passage of unConstitutional laws by a Congress controlled by moneyed interests; the affirming of those laws by the Supreme Court; long-term high rates of unemployment; a declining standard of living; increased regulation by unaccountable, bought-and-paid-for psychotic government functionaries; money printing; a presstitute mass media; increasingly militarized and militant local law enforcement officers; and a declining morality encouraged by both the political and celebrity classes — that is poised to explode.

The elected class and their handlers have been at war with the American people, the Constitution and the American way of life for many years. In the beginning, they used gradualism to sneak small abuses by an unobservant public. But as the unConstitutional encroachments gained ground, they accelerated. We are now rapidly heading toward a calamitous event that will rock the system to its core and, hopefully, restore us to Constitutional governance.

Following are 17 pieces of evidence taken from recent headlines that prove the President, Congress, Supreme Court, Federal and local police are criminals working against the interests and best wishes of the American people:

• President Barack Obama has mandated that all Federal workers and contractors spy on one another. Under the program, which is being implemented with little public attention, security investigations can be launched when government employees showing “indicators of insider threat behavior” are reported by co-workers, according to previously undisclosed administration documents obtained by McClatchy. Investigations also can be triggered when “suspicious user behavior” is detected by computer network monitoring and reported to “insider threat personnel.” The hypersensitive Obama instituted this spying program supposedly to spot leakers like Snowden and Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is charged with leaking state secrets to Wikileaks. But in reality, Obama is trying to reign in any chance of exposure of his and the rest of government’s unConstitutional abuses of power.

• U.S. Government contractor Edward Snowden recently “revealed” that the National Security Agency is illegally spying on American by collecting their emails, text messages, phone records and social networking posts. The mainstream media, the propaganda arm of the government, claims these revelations are new and startling, even though the information has been in the public domain for years and visible to anyone with a discerning mind. What’s troubling is Snowden’s sketchy narrative and the way the sycophantic media ignores it. The sketchy narrative indicates there is something else going on behind the scenes that only the elites are privy to; and, in fact, it may very well be a turf war between two or more unaccountable government agencies.

• The increased spying network is a result of the so-called “War on Terror” that was begun after the false flag 9/11 attacks. The Nation’s security apparatus received a huge infusion of cash as a result so it could “keep Americans safe.” Yet since then, almost all the “terrorists” captured attempting to attack the United States have been FBI-created patsies. Even The New York Times has admitted this.

• Federal Reserve money printing, lately called Quantitative Easing, is propping up the stock market and benefiting the banksters and Wall Street while creating another bubble that will wipe out the American middle class… again. That will probably result in another fix like the last one in which President George W. Bush “abandoned free market principals to save the free market system.” Such a pronouncement is classic Orwellian doublethink. In reality, there has not been a free market system for many years. Printing money so the banksters and Wall Street criminals can continue to pass it among themselves will lead to an inevitable collapse of the financial system.

• The Internal Revenue Service is targeting Americans based on their political and religious beliefs… and will soon have access to everyone’s medical records — another batch of information they can use against the people.

• The tragically misnamed Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act — aka Obamacare — is an unConstitutional monstrosity that was rammed through Congress against the wishes of a majority of the American people. Even though ruled Constitutional by the Supreme Court, the bill is clearly unConstitutional because of the individual mandate and because it violates the origination clause (Article I, Section 7) of the Constitution, which states that bills raising revenue must originate in the House. Now Obama is promising to act unConstitutionally by putting off requiring businesses comply with the law by the 2014 deadline (violating Article II, Section 3).

• It’s likely that Chief Justice John Roberts, who switched his vote in the final minutes before the Supreme Court released its Obamacare decision, did so because he was blackmailed over the illegal adoption of his children.

• Lost in the hoopla over the egregious and unConstitutional SCOTUS rulings on gay marriage and the George Zimmerman trial in Florida was this ruling by the Supreme Court: Drug companies are exempt from lawsuits involving fraud, mislabeling, side effects and accidental death. The court essentially put drug safety in the hands of the Food and Drug Administration, which is owned by Big Pharma and the medical cartel. So if the FDA says a drug is safe, pharmaceutical companies can’t be sued even though many, if not most, FDA employees were first researchers and/or lobbyists for the same Big Pharma companies they are now approving drugs for.

• Congress recently passed a law that pre-empted a court decision requiring biotech companies (Monsanto) get permission before selling and planting untested genetically modified crops. Dubbed by opponents as the Monsanto Protection Act, it demonstrates how Monsanto owns Congress.

• The Obama Administration is stirring unrest throughout the Mideast and North Africa by arming and encouraging al-Qaida-affiliated terrorists — who are using nerve gas, beheading citizens, shooting women, burning Christians and eating the hearts of their enemies — to overthrow legitimate governments. Part of the gunrunning operation to al-Qaida terrorists resulted in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. There is still much to learn about the incident, but State Department employees, particularly former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, are lying and obfuscating in order to cover up the events of that day.

• Attorney General Eric Holder armed Mexican narco-terrorists with weapons through the Operation Fast and Furious gunrunning operation and then lied to Congress about it. Meanwhile, Obama, Holder and Congressional gun grabbers are doing everything in their power to disarm Americans.

• Obama has repeatedly ignored his requirement to get Congressional approval before making war on other countries, and Congress has made no effort to stop him.

• Obama, supported by Holder, has decided that he can assassinate American citizens with drones. No trial or even evidence is required, and the decisions about who is murdered are made behind closed doors by the President and a group of his friends.

• There is reasonable doubt that Obama’s “personal narrative” is true. Law enforcement agents and computer experts have evidence that Obama’s purported birth certificate is a computer-generated fakery. His Selective Service registration is a forgery and contains a fabricated Postal stamp. Obama is using a Social Security number that belongs to a man named Harrison J. Bounel. Despite being in possession of this information and other information about Obama’s fake narrative, neither the courts nor Congress will act on it.

• Local police are now regularly beating, shocking with Tasers, arresting and shooting citizens who take video of police actions or invoke their rights against illegal search and seizure. For articles on some of the most egregious examples of police abuse, go here.

• Members of the elected class are pathological liars. Case in point: When asked during a press conference last week about whether a delay in implementing the individual mandate had any virtue in light of the delay in implementing the employer mandate, former House Speaker and top Democrat Nancy Pelosi denied there was a delay in the mandate for businesses. “It was not a delay of the mandate for the businesses, and there shouldn’t be a delay of the mandate for individuals,” she insisted. This in spite of the fact that the Obama Administration just over a week earlier announced the delay, and it has been a topic of discussion since the announcement.

• In a gross violation civilized protocol, the Obama Administration forced America’s European puppet states France and Portugal to deny Bolivia President Evo Morales’ plane access to their airspace and the plane was forced to land in Austria where it was searched for accused leaker Snowden. It was a huge, but deserved, embarrassment for the Administration but probably did nothing to staunch efforts to continue to persecute the man a majority of Americans now view as a hero.

Time and space, not the lack of more examples, force me to end this column here. But I believe the point is made. My advice to you is to prepare for the storm to come with food, water, guns, ammo and gold on hand.

Justice Department says it will determine whether federal prosecutors will file criminal civil rights charges in shooting death of Trayvon Martin, after Florida jury finds Zimmerman 'not guilty' on all counts, sparking protests across the US.

This is the same DOJ that dropped the charges against the Black Panthers who were intimidating voters outside a polling place in Philadelphia a few years ago. If you are Black like Obama and Holder you can do almost anything and get away with it. Guess the only people who have Civil Rights in this Obamanation that the Democrats created are Black people.

The George Zimmerman trial has become the best example of Democracy in Action. A case of Mob Rule.

  
One more time for the record: America is a Republic not a Democracy, lets keep it that way. That simple bumper sticker from the 1960s led me to a better understanding about what my country was supposed to be. The two words: Republic and Democracy, are bandied about every day without any attempt to understand what they mean. When we Pledge Allegiance To The Flag (some of us still do) we say "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." While liberals like to complain about the mention of "one nation under God" they fail when it comes to defining what "to the Republic for which it stands" means. Conservatives often point out the fact that the word Democracy does not appear in either The Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the United States of America and that the Founders of our nation has strong dislikes for the word. My education into politics also learned the origin of these two words. Republic, is a combination of two Latin words res and publica. The term res publica has a set of interrelated meanings in the original Latin. The term can quite literally be translated as "public matter" or "public thing" which has been translated to "the law". The word Democracy comes from two Greek words, "demos" the people and "kratia" means power or authority. The two words come to mean the people rule but on the other hand it is simply defined as "majority rule". While it serves some meaningful purpose when deciding the choices of a group of people as in an election, it is in total disagreement when it is compared to a Republic because a Democracy can also mean "mob rule" as in a lynch mob. 

And that mob rule part of Democracy is what is turning the George Zimmerman trial into a lynch mob.

The Democratic administration of Barack Hussein Obama has many faults. While it has been correctly characterized as Communist inspired and pro-Muslim, it is also blatantly racist. Never before in American history has an occupant in the White House made a critical comment about a civilian murder trial while the proceedings were still underway. Yet the Communist-mentored, pro-Muslim Barack Hussein Obama went on the news and spoke of his sympathy for the black thug who was shot and killed by George Zimmerman,  Obama said "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon." As things go in Washington politics, when the head of the Democratic Party, which Obama is, expresses his opinion, all the lower echelon followers go out of their way to please him. A good example is the IRS scandal that persecuted various Tea Party groups. So the Department of Justice, which has its own racist priorities, used its own community organizers to help create some racial demonstrations in Orlando, Florida to push for the prosecution of that "murdered teen" Trayvon Martin. Or the liberal news media that kept publishing child pictures of Trayvon Martin that were taken years before he was shot. Truly, Democracy in Action. One can only wonder if the same mob will be carrying a rope with them if the jury declares George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY. 

Democrats and liberals are never influenced by facts and they often try to distort them to add fuel to their arguments. Like NBC editing the tape of Zimmerman talking to the police dispatcher and removing a few words to make the statement that Zimmerman was profiling Martin because he was Black. George Zimmerman was volunteering as a neighborhood watchman in a closed gated community that had experienced some burglaries. George Zimmerman has a permit to carry a concealed weapon. In order to qualify for a concealed carry permit you need to have your background thoroughly checked out by the police or sheriff. In fact, the incidence of people with concealed carry permits committing crimes with guns is so infinitesimally small it is hard to measure, something like 1 in 10 million. On the night that George Zimmerman spotted Trayvon Martin he called his police dispatcher to report a suspicious person who appeared to be like he was on drugs. The dispatcher asked Zimmerman if the person was Black and Zimmerman responded, "Yes he looks Black." The suspect was in fact a 17-year old who had had several encounters with the police. He was also skilled in Mixed Martial Arts combat. George Zimmerman was a pudgy, overweight man who was no match for the younger, stronger Martin. As the defense attorney pointed out at trial, Trayvon Martin snuck up on George Zimmerman and sucker-punched him breaking his nose then knocked him to the ground and began smashing his head on the concrete. Zimmerman, yelled for help which was recorded on a phone call a neighbor made to the police and then, in fear of his life, managed to get his pistol upholstered and shot his attacker who was still on top of him. It is also noted that the called to the police described Martin on top of Zimmerman and the gunshot was heard seconds after Zimmerman's call for help. The forensic examiner hired by the defense testified that the shot was made at point blank range and the clothing worn by Trayvon Martin had powder burns on it to prove it.

But none of these facts swayed or influenced the racist Black mob stirred up by some equally racist Black politicians. From as far away as New York City they came to stir up the mob in Florida. The Black racist Attorney General, Eric Holder, who refused to prosecute the Black Panthers who intimidated voters in Philadelphia, sent down his organizers to assist in the demonstrations. As it revealed on Infowars: "It also emerged this week that the federal government encouraged and funded last year’s protests demanding the arrest of Zimmerman via the Community Relations Service, a division of the Department of Justice. Documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that the CRS was “deployed to Sanford, FL, following the Trayvon Martin shooting to help organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman,” spending millions of dollars in the process."

Speculation is raging that the judge in the George Zimmerman case could have been put under pressure by the Obama administration after she staged a bizarre outburst during which she interrogated Zimmerman while repeatedly silencing his lawyers.

Given the likelihood that Zimmerman will be acquitted, has Judge Nelson been put under pressure by the federal government to aggressively advocate for the prosecution, just as Supreme Court Justice John Roberts was apparently pressured to vote to uphold Obamacare?

The judge at the trial, a life-long Democrat, went overboard to prejudice the jury against the defense, most likely because she was trying to please the administration in Washington. Perhaps, Judge Debra Nelson had high hopes for an appointment to a Federal Court by the Obama administration. One never knows what motivates a Democrat to do what they do.

The fate of George Zimmerman is now in the hands of the jury. A jury of 6 women, who will decide the fate of an innocent person. Thankfully, majority rule won't apply, they must all vote to convict or reach a finding of not guilty unanimously.  A criminal case that was politically motivated from the very beginning and one that should never have been prosecuted. A case of an individual using his gun in self defense that was turned into a show trial of Black racism. As I have said before, no thug who attacks another person has the right to declare the rules of combat. Trayvon Martin lost the fight he started because the person he attacked was able to defend himself with a gun because he wasn't strong enough to use his fists.

And as I update this story the jury has asked the judge to clarify the secondary charge of Manslaughter. I fear that this may result in another case where an innocent person went to jail because their lawyer convinced them not to take the stand and testify. This is a case of lawyer ego. I hope that I am wrong.

Postscript: 

At 10 PM tonight the jury in Florida found George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY. I was relieved as were many others that justice was served and an innocent man was not convicted on the basis of a racist mob. I am most certain that George Zimmerman feels relieved as well but I think he will be looking over his shoulder for many years to come because of the threats made on his life. The prosecutor should be ashamed for putting this man through this ordeal solely because of the political pressure.

The day after the verdict:

The liberal news media still can't get their facts straight on the Zimmerman trial. We can expect them to keep fueling the fires for many months to come, stirring up the anger of racial hatred. And along with heat of the Summer season there will be the likes of Al Sharpton reminding their paid audiences of how the Black community was denied justice and they are privileged to riot and burn. The following paragraph is a perfect example of how they distort the facts. 

The jurors considered nearly three weeks of often wildly conflicting testimony over who was the aggressor on the rainy night the 17-year-old was shot while walking through the gated townhouse community where he was staying and where Zimmerman lived.

The "17-year-old" mentioned in the AP story is, of course, Trayvon Martin but he was not shot "while walking through the gated townhouse community" - he was shot while he was attacking George Zimmerman. He was shot at point blank range while on top of Zimmerman beating the crap out of him using his MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) skills. Had Zimmerman not managed to draw his weapon he likely would have been beaten to death. But these facts are not so obvious to the leftist news media who slants every story to fit their agenda.

Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter.

The two most important events in all of history were the invention of beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups:

1. Liberals; and
2. Conservatives.

Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. That's how villages were formed.

Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as the Conservative movement.

Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q's and doing the sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal movement.

Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became known as girliemen.

Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of Democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided.

Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the jackass.

Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare.

Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn't fair to make the pitcher also bat.

Conservatives drink domestic beer. They eat red meat and still provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate executives, athletes, Marines, and generally anyone who works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work for a living.

Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America. They crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get more for nothing.

Here ends today's lesson in world history: It should be noted that a Liberal may have a momentary urge to angrily respond to the above before forwarding it. A Conservative will simply laugh and be so convinced of the absolute truth of this history that it will be forwarded immediately to other true believers and to more liberals just to piss them off.

Harry Reid Moves to Destroy the Senate Rules, Un-Blocking Passage of Gun Control

You can’t be “just a little bit pregnant.”

Washington, DC --(Ammoland.com)- Similarly, you can’t cheat “just a little.”

Once you have made it clear that you are willing to break the rules in order to win, the rules are meaningless.

So it is with some alarm that we note that Harry Reid – in an exercise of raw power – intends within the next week to try to openly break the Senate rules in order to confirm all pending Executive Branch nominees.

You may remember that, at the beginning of the year, Reid made the specious argument that you could change the rules at the beginning of a two-year congressional session — and only at the beginning of the congressional session.

Well, we are no longer at the start of the term.

A quarter of the 113th Congress had now come and gone. And even the pseudo-intellectual arguments for obliterating the Senate rules are gone.

This is an exercise in raw political power. This is an effort by Reid to say: “I can cheat whenever I want. And no one can stop me.”

The first showdown case will occur over efforts to fill the National Labor Relations Board. You may remember that Obama was slapped down by the courts for appointing these “members” as “recess appointments” when Congress wasn’t in recess.

Now, having been caught cheating, Obama and Reid are threatening to tip over the chess board in order to confirm these illegal “recess appointments.”

But that’s just the beginning.

Once it is impossible to filibuster Executive Branch appointments, Obama will soon carry through on his word to slam through a rabidly anti-gun zealot to head the ATF.

And does anyone think that the Senate would comply with the niceties of the rules it has obliterated — if what was at stake was an anti-gun zealot nominated to the Supreme Court in order to overturn the Heller and McDonald decisions?

Finally, it is just not credible for Reid to say: “I’m going to cheat. But I’m going to define the way in which I cheat to limit my cheating to this narrow way.”

All year, MSNBC has been whining that Democrat gun control has been thwarted by the Senate filibuster rules.

If the Senate’s filibuster rules are obliterated, you can be sure that the Toomey-Manchin amendment — with its universal gun registries — would soon be brought up again and passed.

Gun owners should realize that the Feinstein gun and magazine bans lost by such a large margin only because a lot of anti-gun senators knew they would not muster the 60 votes needed. If there were a 50-vote margin – and their votes made a difference – many of these anti-gunners would switch their votes and pass Feinstein.

So the reason gun control did not pass is because the Senate rules allowing us to filibuster it. They may seem dry and boring, but the question of whether we win or lose will depend on them.

ACTION:  Contact Your Senator. Tell him to oppose Harry Reid’s “cheat scheme” to violate the Senate rules in order to change the Senate rules.

Percy Sutton: Pro-Communist Obama Enabler, Holder Mentor

At Harlem identity Percy Sutton‘s funeral in January 2010, US Attorney General Eric Holder eulogized the man often described as one of his mentors.

Speaking to the people gathered in the church’s pews, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder called Sutton “one of the nation’s true heroes.”

“I admired, respected and worked for him,”  Holder said of Sutton,  who died on December 26, 2009 in Manhattan at the age of 89.  “The opportunities given to my generation were paid for by his…Without him, there would be no me.”

Holder, a native New Yorker, continued, saying, “Generations of other African American lawyers stand on his strong, broad shoulders.”

He then read a statement from President Barack Obama, who called Sutton’s death “an enormous loss.”

“Percy’s passion for justice began at an early age and never wavered,” Obama said in a statement, recounting an incident when Sutton was beaten at age 13 for passing out NAACP leaflets in a white neighborhood. “It was an experience that gave him strength and determination to stand up for what he believed in.”

Both men, Obama and Holder,  indeed owe a debt to Percy Sutton. Holder, a young black radical who put on a suit and tie to penetrate the establishment, no doubt owed Sutton for for advice. After all Sutton had tread the same path.

Obama’ owed Sutton, at least partially for the education, without which he almost certainly never would have risen to the heights he has.

In a televised interview in 2008 on New York’s all news cable channel, NY1, Percy Sutton, a former borough president of Manhattan and a credible mayoral candidate in 1977, made some interesting revelations about his links to the young Obama.

Sutton told NY1 reporter Dominic Carter on the show “Inside City Hall”: “I was introduced to (Obama) by a friend who was raising money for him.” He asked Sutton to write a letter in support of Obama’s application to Harvard Law School.

Khalid al-Mansour

“The friend’s name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, (formerly Donald Warden, mentor of Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton and his associate, Bobby Seale) from Texas,” Sutton said. “He is the principal adviser to one of the world’s richest men. He told me about Obama.” The man Al-Mansour was referring to was Saudi prince  Alwaleed bin Talal.

Sutton recalled that al-Mansour said that “there is a young man that has applied to Harvard. I know that you have a few friends up there because you used to go up there to speak. Would you please write a letter in support of him?” Sutton did.

The story is given credibility by a November 1979 column by  Chicago Tribune columnist Vernon Jarrett with the title “Will Arabs Back Ties To Blacks With Cash?”

The late Vernon Jarrett was the father-in-law of Valerie Jarrett, who would go on to become Barack Obama’s closest friend and White House adviser. Mr. Jarrett was was a former Chicago communist and a colleague  of Frank Marshall Davis, the former Chicago journalist and Communist Party activist who moved to Hawaii in the late 1940s and years later befriended Stanley and Madelyn Dunham and their daughter Stanley Ann, mother of Barack Obama.

Davis is known to have taken an active role in the rearing of young Obama from the age of 10 until he turned 18 and left Hawaii for his first year at Occidental College in Los Angeles in 1979. That was the same year al-Mansour was seeking Arab financial support for students such as Obama.

Vernon Jarrett’s column details how al-Mansour told him about a proposal he made to OPEC Secretary-General Rene Ortiz  regarding a program to spend “$20 million per year for 10 years to aid 10,000 minority students each year, including blacks, Arabs, Hispanics, Asians and native Americans.”

These minority students would then migrate through the political system promoting Palestinian and radical Islamist causes. Al-Mansour told Jarrett that the program had been endorsed by Ortiz and other OPEC administrators.

The Obama/Frank Marshall Davis connection was first revealed during an event at the Tamiment Library in New York where the archives of the Communist Party USA, were put on display. These remarks were delivered by Communist Party connected historian Gerald Horne (then publicized by this writer) on March 23, 2007.

Interestingly Sutton’s own communist connections were revealed, also at the Tamiment Library, at an October 28, 2006,  event entitled “James and Esther Jackson, the American Left and the Origins of the Modern Civil Rights Movement”

Three panels of academics and activists delivered papers illuminating the lives of Black Communist Party leaders  James Jackson and his wife Esther Jackson, “their co-workers and the struggles in which they participated that helped shape developments in the United States from the late 1930s to the present”.

Though New York based the Jackson’s spent much of their youth agitating among Black communities in the South, including with several well known Civil rights activists including Rosa Parks of “Montgomery Bus Boycott” fame.

Communists, or former communists Angela Davis, Pete Seeger, Maurice Jackson and Charlene Mitchell delivered papers and spoke at the event. Communist Party leaders  Sam Webb, Debbie Amis Bell and Daniel Rubin were also among the attendees.
Percy Sutton also gave a paper on the Jacksons;

Percy Sutton, former Manhattan borough president, took the floor and spoke of his long association with and appreciation of the Jacksons. This began in Texas where Sutton grew up in a family of 12, half of whom became Communists.

It wasn’t revealed which half of the family Percy Sutton belonged to, but his future activities are certainly a strong indication.

Before he became a Manhattan businessman and politician, Sutton was a Tuskegee Airman and intelligence officer during World War II, a man “pushed north by the Jim Crow diaspora, a civil rights activist jailed in the prisons of the South, and  a lawyer to Malcolm X”.

After moving to New York, Sutton became  a “grandee in the most sophisticated and influential black political club in New York City”.

He also became a millionaire, owner of what were at one time the city’s two most influential black radio stations, the WBLS hit-maker on FM (107.5) and the “intensely, incessantly political” WLIB (1190 AM).

While a rising star in Democratic Party politics in Harlem, Percy Sutton never forgot his far left roots.

Sutton was among the first voices raised against the Vietnam War, surrendering his delegate’s seat at the 1968 Democratic convention in protest and supporting anti-war candidate George McGovern four years later against incumbent President Richard Nixon.

April 16, 1975, Percy Sutton, Manhattan Borough president, was on the Current List of Sponsors of the Communist Party front National Coalition to Fight Inflation and Unemployment.

A brochure announcing a National Conference for a Drastic Cutback in Military Spending, to be held on April 5-6, 1975, at the LaSalle Hotel, Chicago, was printed by the National Conference on military Spending Organizing Committee Military Spending Organizing Committee, of 156 Fifth Avenue, Room 716, NYC, NY, 10010. The printing Bug was that of the Communist Party’s Prompt Press, 209.
Sponsors of the event included Percy E. Sutton, Manhattan Borough President.

Future New  York Mayor  David Dinkins rose through the Democratic Party organization in Harlem and became part of an influential group of Black politicians who included , Basil Paterson, Denny Farrell, Charles Rangel and Percy Sutton. This tight knit group was to dominate Harlem politics for decades.

Of the five, David Dinkins and Denny Farrell, a prominent New York state legislator , were long time members of the US’s largest Marxist organization Democratic Socialists off America.

Basil Paterson was a founding member of the National Conference of Black Lawyers, a far left group, self decsribed as the ‘legal arm of the black revolution” and directly affiliated to the Soviet front International_Association_of_Democratic_Lawyers.

Basil Paterson’s son David Paterson, briefly  Governor of New York, is a  veteran of events such as the 1985 “Conference on Socialism and Activism” and a 1998 Communist Party sponsored event celebrating the centennial of the birth of Communist Party member Paul Robeson – who  reportedly advised his friend and comrade Frank Marshall Davis to move to Hawaii.

Charles Rangel, a long serving Democratic Congressman was also a founding member of the National Conference of Black Lawyers. He has a history of supporting  Communist Party causes going back decades and in the 1970s was associated with the Soviet front World Peace Council.

There has obviously been a long term program by pro-Soviet  communists to promote sympathetic politicians to positions of power in the Democratic Party.

Percy Sutton was clearly connected to that program and possibly to a similar, possibly interrelated program run by Saudi/Islamic interests. Both the Soviets/Russians and the Saudis have long both supported the anti-Israel , pro-Palestine cause, so Saudi/Soviet cooperation in attempting to influence US politics would not be improbable.

Percy Sutton’s role in the rise of both Barack Obama and Eric Holder deserves much deeper scrutiny.

Seventy-two killed resisting gun confiscation in Boston!

Boston – National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.

Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement.

Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order.

The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.

Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.

One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.”

Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans.

During a tense standoff in the Lexington town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists.

Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.

Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.

Governor Gage has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops.

Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as “ringleaders” of the extremist faction, remain at large.

And this fellow Americans, is how the American Revolution began, April 20, 1775.

On July 4th, 1776 these same extremists signed the Declaration of Independence, pledging to each other and their countrymen their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor. Many of them lost everything, including their families and their lives over the course of the next few years.

How the Tea Party Can Save America and the World – a Plea From New Zealand

Many Tea Partiers and American patriots understand that the fate of the United States of America hangs in the balance.

No melodrama here. If the US loses its position as the world’s number one military super power, another country, or countries, will take its place.

Realistically, that can only be Russia or China, or more likely, an alliance of Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Vietnam and whoever ever else climbs aboard.

As the U.S. Dollar slowly sinks and America’s prestige and power goes with it, the “Evil Axis” grows bolder.

But why should I care? I’m safe aren’t I? Way down at the bottom of the South Pacific, in New Zealand.

Well, maybe not so safe. China is steadily advancing through the Pacific. It now has several footholds in our region, particularly in Fiji, which is my country’s nearest major island neighbor. To any thinking Aussie or Kiwi, this is cause for major concern.

In June of 2012, Song Xiaojun, a “retired” Chinese general, told Australia’s Sydney Morning Herald, that “Australia has to find a godfather sooner or later…” “Australia always has to depend on somebody else, whether it is to be the ‘son’ of the U.S. or ‘son’ of China,” Song said, adding that Australia had best choose China because it all “depends on who is more powerful and based on the strategic environment.”

If America goes under folks, the West goes under. No ifs, no buts. Only a strong America can keep the bad guys in check. Just as soldiers from all over the world fought in Europe and the Pacific to save liberty in WW2, today’s freedom lovers need to join the fight to save the US. Once liberty was fought for in the Coral Sea, Guadalcanal, Normandy and Sicily. Now if liberty is to be saved, we must win the electoral battles of Florida, Ohio, Virginia and Colorado.

From my home in Christchurch, I recently spent an hour on the phone with a savvy Florida activist. She outlined for me the crushing problems being faced by American patriots, in the face of a relentless leftist onslaught from the Obama Administration. According to my usually optimistic friend, much of the Tea Party is in disarray, the GOP leadership is even more arrogant and out of touch than usual and if the Dems pass “immigration reform” the Republic will be swamped with millions of new loyal Democrats, effectively turning the US into a permanent “one party state.”

And to cap that, now I’m hearing whispers of a third party.

Let’s get real. There is only one vehicle that can take back America from the Democrats and their union and far left allies, in the very limited time we have left. That is the Republican Party. If the Democrats hold the Senate and take back the House in 2014, or even 2016, which they could well do, America is done for.

Illegal immigrants will be granted voting rights and the intimidation tactics now being employed will seem like kindergarten bullying, as the Democrats and unions unleash full force on their remaining opposition. There is a climate of fear now in the United States. If the Democrats get back in full control, they will NEVER relinquish it. This is no longer the old GOP/Dem turnabout game. This is the left for playing keeps and the GOP playing constant catchup.

While I have no particular love for the Republican Party, its hard to see how starting a third party right now could possibly do anything but hand both the House and the Senate to the Dems in 2014 and the presidency to the left in 2016. If that happens, the left will never give up power without bloodshed. If it ever comes to serious civil unrest and the socialist’s power is actually threatened, foreign troops will be called in to restore order. That will be the end of America – and of the entire West. A peaceful revolution is our only realistic hope.

So what to do? A third party will almost certainly hand America to the tyrants. The GOP leadership is ineffectual at best, often cowardly and unprincipled – occasionally even treacherous.

But the GOP does have a structure, a brand, some money, hundreds of thousands of dedicated activists and tens of millions of voters.

That is not something to throw away.

The Tea Party faces a choice. They can “throw their toys out of the cot” as we say in New Zealand and walk away from the GOP. They can work on local issues alone, or dissolve, or form a third party. Satisfying as those options may be, they are almost certainly guaranteed to consign your children and grandchildren to a life of slavery – at best.

So what is the alternative?

I have addressed more than 150 Tea Party groups. I have met thousands of activists. You people are the best of America. I write this on the verge of tears as I remember the amazing patriots, thinkers and activists I have met on my four speaking tours of your amazing country. If America is to be saved, you will do it. No other movement has the energy, drive, commitment, fortitude, foresight or integrity of the Tea Party patriots.

You however have one major weakness. You lack self confidence.

The vast majority of you are political novices. You take too much advice from your self appointed “betters” in the GOP and the mainstream conservative movement. This was illustrated in places like Florida, last year, where the Tea Party activists were “forbidden”  from pushing the illegal immigrant issue by various “consultants’ and GOP hacks.

The Tea Party needs to realize you have the truth on your side. You are real people, with roots in your communities. Many of you are veterans. You are far more in touch with voters than any GOP blueblood or K street consultant ever will be.

So what should your wonderful movement do?

Here is my advice. It is far from perfect, but I hope it will at least add to the debate.

Its all about CONCENTRATION OF FORCES.

I’ve met a lot of Tea Partiers working inside the GOP. Some of them very successfully. However what tends to happen is that many of them become marginalized by GOP “moderates” and their good work comes to little.

In Australia, the Labor Party – the counterpart, of your Democrats, operates in two main formalized factions – the conservative/moderate Labor Unity and the Socialist Left. One party, two power blocs. Effectively two separate organizations within a one party structure. The two factions horse trade, do deals, fight like cats and dogs, compete viciously with each other, yet at election time, stand as a “united front” against their conservative opposition.

I’m suggesting that the  Tea Party should adopt a variant of this approach. Join the GOP en masse, but don’t dilute your efforts by operating as scattered individuals inside the GOP structure. If the tea parties collectively become say, a “Constitutional Caucus”, within the GOP, you could maintain your agenda and your integrity, but would also have the advantage of GOP structure, branding and the ability to actually get your candidates elected. Don’t join GOP branches, BECOME GOP BRANCHES.

There need be nothing covert about this. Tea Party groups should identify themselves openly as Constitutional Republicans and refuse to be in any way subservient to head office dictates. Put the GOP old guard on notice that you are here to take over their party and restore it to its constitutional foundations. Openly state that you regard them as usurpers until proven otherwise.

Boldly proclaim that you fully intend to bloc vote your way into positions of influence and that you will work with other Constitutionalists in your state and nationally to primary GOP candidates, no matter how long serving, who do not actively support in word and deed, the US Constitution. TAKE NO PRISONERS.

Concentrate your resources. Pick winnable fights only. Do not primary candidates you cannot defeat this election cycle. I’ve seen that happen too often. Tea Party groups targeting scattered RINOs all over the state and not quite beating any of them. Pick a handful winnable races each election cycle and call in fellow Constitutionalists from all over the state to defeat the RINOs and elect some of your own. If they do not respect you MAKE THEM FEAR YOU. The respect will follow later – trust me.

Now is not the time for peripheral issues either. The survival of the United States of America is at stake. The future of Western civilization hangs in the balance. CORE ISSUES ONLY. The Constitution, National Security (including border control, and gun rights), Education and the Economy) . I don’t want to minimize other issues, but this is a last ditch effort to save your country and mine. If we blow this one, there may not be another in our great great grandchildren’s lifetimes.

This is cultural warfare folks and we must concentrate resources on core issue that may actually help to defeat our opponents  in the fast approaching battles ahead.

Logically, the United States of America should never been born. In the 1770′s most Americans were either pro-British or apathetic. Fewer than 10% of the population actually supported the revolution and way fewer actually fought it.

How in God’s name, did a bunch of poorly armed farmers and lawyers, laborers, shopkeepers and tradesmen, seriously hope to defeat the mightiest army in the world at that time? Yet they did it. I left out one important group for a reason. The first American revolution was preached from the pulpit. Hundreds of pastors, a bible in one hand, a long rifle in the other,  boldly supported George Washington’s ragtag army. They understood better than any one that America was founded on religious freedom. They understood exactly what was at stake.

The first American revolutionaries were inspired by something much greater than themselves. You Tea Party revolutionaries always need to keep the big picture in mind.

If you don’t think this war is worth winning, you tell me one that is? If you don’t think your grandchildren’s liberty is worth fighting for,  please tell me what you do care about.

We all admire the first American revolutionaries, for their incredible bravery and fortitude and sacrifice. They risked everything to give you the exceptional  country you enjoy today.

In two hundred years time,  young teenagers will be standing in front of civics and history classes in schools all across America. These young people will talk about their free and prosperous country with great pride. But some of the proudest will be able to say something like this;

“You know guys, you know back in the early 2000s when the country was in crisis, when a lot of people thought America was done for. When patriots stood up and saved the Republic, restored the Constitution? gave us the incredible freedom and prosperity we enjoy today? Well I’ve done some family research. And you know what? my great great great Grandpa and Grandma…they were in the TEA PARTY…”

Your Creator gave you both a heart and a brain folks. Now is the time to use both.
