Obama borrows money from China (which the taxpayers must repay) to send to the Middle East to give to terrorist groups (Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood) to finance global terrorism! Forget about looting the Treasury for his million-dollar vacations, if sending Billion$ in military aid to Islamic Jihadists isn't bad enough, Obama has also arranged to train the terrorists on American military bases on U.S. soil.

This site, ad infinitum, highlights the absolute nexus between Obama Inc. and Islamic jihadists. For those of us who still have functioning brain cells and are not suffering from 'battle' fatigue, the evidence, thus far, renders more than probable cause to issue an indictment. It seals the case.

Their fealty to the Brotherhood Mafia has exploded on many fronts, including via jihad on Boston's streets! Not only that, but the soon to be fireball to engulf the Mid East, even as this is written, couldn't explode sans the Pyromaniac-in-Chief's handiwork. Now, hardly a soothsayer, but this blog WARNED, back in December 2012, a full 8 months ago, that the precursor to WW 3 would run through Syrian chemical warfare !

Adding to the indictment is a more than compelling piece of evidence: Not unlike other instances, whereby Obama Inc's Pentagon has trained Islamic jihadists, so too they (however inadvertently) trained Benghazigate's first in command. To make matters even more incendiary, a preponderance of these aforementioned jihadists become AWOL from U.S. bases, once duly trained. Specifically, “Islamic Terror Supporters Living on our Military Bases, then Disappearing” The public is not aware of a dangerous trend happening inside America, and the media (right and left) will not expose this national security trend.

For many years foreign nationals (sent by their respective governments) from such countries as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other Islamic based countries are traveling to America to work and live on U.S. military bases....."

Mastermind Behind Benghazi Attack Trained In The U.S.

It is has been widely reported in Egyptian media that one of the leaders in the attack against the Benghazi consulate on September 11, 2012 was Mohsen Al-Azazi.

According to Ahmed Moussa, a former high ranking intelligence official with the Egyptian government and several other sources, Al-Azazi’s passport was found in the house of Khairat Al-Shater, the Number Two man in the Muslim Brotherhood hierarchy, now under house arrest in Egypt by the Egyptian military.

But according to an ongoing Egyptian investigation by Egypt’s Supreme State Security Prosecution, Muslim Brotherhood second-in-command Khairat Al-Shater was just tangentially involved in the attack on the Benghazi consulate. The actual mastermind of the attack was a man by the name of Tarek Taha Abu Al-Azm, now in the custody of the Egyptian military.

In what is reminiscent of the attack on the World Trade Center towers and Pentagon on 9/11, where some of the hijackers reportedly received flight training on U.S. military installations, per Egyptian investigators, Al-Azm, the mastermind of the attack on the Benghazi consulate, took military courses at a U.S. Air Force base.

Per Muslim Brotherhood researcher Walid Shoebat, citing multiple Arabic news sources, Al-Azm is a seasoned jet fighter pilot and a former Major in the Egyptian Air Force.

Per Shoebat, translating from a pro-Jihadi website, the Arabian Sword:

Al-Azm is a former Major in the Egyptian armed forces who graduated from high school and joined the military academy, graduating as an officer of the Armed Forces Officers. Al-Azm traveled to the United States for military courses until he reached the rank of captain and was put in charge of an air base for the Egyptian armed forces.

Per Shoebat, former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak had jailed Al-Azm for terrorist activities. But when Obama-backed Muslim Brotherhood President Mohammed Morsi ascended to the presidency, Al-Azm was immediately released.

But this is just the beginning of a blockbuster story.

A Libyan Intelligence document dated September 15, 2012, names six Egyptians from the terrorist group Ansar al-Sharia, based in Egypt, as being behind the attack on the Benghazi consulate. Then-Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood President Mohammed Morsi is named as a co-conspirator.

Per Walid Shoebat’s translation of the Libyan Intelligence document:

The most distinguished names that were obtained from the confessions by members of the cell, is the person, the President of Egypt, Mohammad Morsi…

Along with Morsi, the Libyan Intelligence document goes on to name five other co-conspirators, all members of the Muslim Brotherhood.

This is the same Mohammed Morsi who Barack Hussein Obama was fawning over and sent hundreds of millions of dollars to in foreign aid. The same Mohammed Morsi that Obama is still supporting.

But it gets worse—much worse.

According to Arabic News Channel TV14 and reported on by Egypt Daily News, Obama sent an eight billion dollar secret bribe to the Muslim Brotherhood to guarantee that the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula be turned over to the terrorist group Hamas. Hamas, a Muslim Brotherhood sister group, works directly with Ansar al-Sharia in the Sinai Peninsula. Channel TV14 goes on to say that the agreement was signed by Mohammed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood’s second in command, Khairat Al-Shater, now under house arrest in Egypt.

And what does Khairat Al-Shater have to say? He’s singing like a bird and says he has documents that will put Obama away for a very long time!

As reported by at least six Arabic news sources, as translated by Walid Shoebat:

In an interview with the Anatolia News Agency, Saad Al-Shater, the son of a Muslim Brotherhood leader, the detained Khairat Al-Shater said that his father had in his hand evidence that will land the head of United States of America, President Obama, in prison.

But there’s more: the eight billion dollars that Obama sent to the Muslim Brotherhood was shared with Ansar al-Sharia, the group that attacked our consulate and CIA Annex in Benghazi on September 11, 2012.

That means Barack Hussein Obama in essence funded the attack on the Benghazi consulate!

Funding terrorists? The mastermind of the attack on the Benghazi consulate trained in the United States? Obama secretly sending billions of dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood?

Who exactly is Barack Hussein Obama, and who is he working for?

YET, even though FULLY aligned with his Brotherhood Mafia, it is decidedly the case, if one does not deliver the goods, then all bets are off... they are a very unforgiving lot....and, that's putting it mildly. In other words, Barack HUSSEIN Obama failed to strong arm Egypt's strong man, General Al-Sisi, into releasing the captured Brotherhood heads. Reporting on this 'delicious' kismet does have its rewards. In any case, they are willing to 'inadvertently' reveal other connections (read: Benghazi killers), plus 8 billion other reasons to take down the Islamist-in-Chief!

Case in point: The National Black Republican Association (NBRA) has filed Articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama.

It reads:

We, black American citizens, in order to free ourselves and our fellow citizens from governmental tyranny, do herewith submit these Articles of Impeachment to Congress for the removal of President Barack H. Obama, aka, Barry Soetoro, from office for his attack on liberty and commission of egregious acts of despotism that constitute high crimes and misdemeanors.

On July 4, 1776, the founders of our nation declared their independence from governmental tyranny and reaffirmed their faith in independence with the ratification of the Bill of Rights in 1791. Asserting their right to break free from the tyranny of a nation that denied them the civil liberties that are our birthright, the founders declared:

"When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." – Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

The Articles of Impeachment range from the Benghazi cover up and stonewalling, to the NSA's unconstitutional spy-games against American citizens, to Illicit-Lawmaker-in-Chief Obama's continued usurpations of Congress – and that's just a small sample.

Tim Scott (R-SC) – the only black lawmaker in the U.S. Senate whose entire political career has been supported by liberty advocates – blasted Harry Reid for suggesting Republican opposition to Barack Obama is the result of racism.

"Instead of engaging in serious debate about the failed policies of this administration – from the ever-increasing burdens created by the national healthcare reform plan to the tax and spend approach to economic recovery, along with countless others – Democrats are once again trying to hide behind a smokescreen," Sen. "I understand that the NAACP, at its annual conference in Kansas City, will vote today on a resolution condemning the Tea Party movement as 'racist.' I believe that the NAACP is making a grave mistake in stereotyping a diverse group of Americans who care deeply about their country and who contribute their time, energy and resources to make a difference."

"As I campaign in South Carolina, I participate in numerous events sponsored by the Tea Party, 9/12, Patriot, and other like-minded groups, and I have had the opportunity to get to know many of the men and women who make up these energetic grassroots organizations. Americans need to know that the Tea Party is a color-blind movement that has principled differences with many of the leaders in Washington, both Democrats and Republicans. Their aim is to support the strongest candidates – regardless of color or background – who will fight to return our country to its Constitutional roots of limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets."

The GOP "leadership," meanwhile, stays head down with its collective tail tucked between its legs – despite how more and more evidence confirms this fight is one of freedom not one of racism.

Earlier this month, I wrote about the elitist ploys being used by the establishment to get us to feel better about the problem while never really solving the problem. For example, GOP 'leadership' wants to delay but not defund implementation of ObamaCare when the extirpation and dismantling of ObamaCare root and branch MUST be done at once and not put off for another day.

This same weak response pertains to the whole of Obama's thus far unmitigated tyranny over the American people. But instead of uniting America's conservatives of all color and creeds against Obama's abuses and usurpations, our Beltway Lords allow Obama's divide-and-conquer strategy to prevail. They are even employing the same strategy within the GOP itself, in an effort to quash the efforts of true conservatives and avowed constitutionalists.

But as we learned from the consummate primer on tyranny, Machiavelli's The Prince, such theatrical efforts like "delaying rather than defunding" ObamaCare that fail to shift the balance of power leave the people "soddisfatti e stupidi" or "satisfied and stupid."

We cannot allow 2014 to become another Washington spectacle set up to satisfy us while nothing that in fact restores, renews or secures our liberty is accomplished.

The lip-service patriotism being nurtured by the RNC must come to an end – WE MUST START ACHIEVING RESULTS.

The U.S. Constitution gives the U.S. legislature the power to impeach and remove abusive Federal officers. We MUST deploy it for if we in cowardice fail to reassert our constitutional sovereignty in this election and in this Congress – how then is our liberty to survive at the mercy of an unchecked tyrant?

We must take it upon ourselves to prove that we are fit to be free.

To do this – to cut Obama's tyranny to the core – we must elect an impeachment Congress in 2014. We MUST present a united force representative of ALL Americans, agreed upon ONE objective: IMPEACHING OBAMA FOR HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS AGAINST INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY AND THE CONSTITUTION. 

We must find and advance Frederick Douglass Liberty Messengers among us who are prepared to confront and defeat the Leftwing race-baiting rhetoric. We need to recruit, train and elect more Frederick Douglass Republicans, so Harry Reid will have to contend with face-to-face opposition MORE and MORE in the Senate like that he meets from Tim Scott. We need MORE and MORE principled civic leaders like Louisiana State Sen. Elbert Guillory and City Councilman Ralph Washington to leave the Democrat Party and take on the NAACP.

Nobody in the Establishment GOP or on the other side of the aisle wants you to know how recent data shows black families are severely suffering in the current economic downturn with skyrocketing unemployment, and loss of home values and household net worth – disproportionately to other demographic groups. Republicans ignore the 2011 Gallup poll showing 53 percent of black Americans identify as "very religious" with a large percentage self-identifying as politically conservative, promoting traditional values of individual responsibility and small government, and holding Christian pro-family, pro-life convictions.

No one on the Left is going to tell you or anyone else about this as they try to paint conservative Christian values as out-of-touch and our Constitution outdated – BUT WE WILL.

When announcing his party conversion, Sen. Guillory explained why he is now the FIRST BLACK REPUBLICAN IN THE LOUISIANA LEGISLATURE SINCE RECONSTRUCTION:

With each passing day, I have become disappointed in the Democratic Party. What would be the impact on schools due to immigration? One of the biggest disappointments has been breakdown of American families. Their policies have encouraged the high teen birthrate, high school dropout rates, high unemployment. Children are encouraged to get the welfare check instead of hunkering down to get an education. Minority unemployment is in the stratosphere.

Similarly disillusioned with the Obama Democrat Party, new Frederick Douglass Republican Ralph Washington explained his own reasons for joining the GOP:

"… The value system I was raised up with, it really doesn't side with the Democrats. … Some of the things I see happening today, with the entitlement programs, we have to change. We can't continue doing the things we are doing and survive."

This is just the latest PROOF of how powerful the Frederick Douglass Liberty message is… that our Christian principles transcend base party loyalties, and we must vote our value systems and most deeply held beliefs! We don't have to compromise our conscience to participate in our common life as citizens, once we get beyond party identification.

We seek to reclaim the Republican Party and restore it to the integrity it had when Frederick Douglass helped to form it as an abolitionist party, in opposition to slavery. As he said, "I am a Republican, a black, dyed in the wool Republican, and I never intend to belong to any other party than the party of freedom and progress."

We must restore, renew, reclaim and continue that good work today. And if we cannot revive virtue within the GOP and find representatives who will stand united against the destruction of our ordered liberty and defend the Constitution, then as the Republican Party emerged from the ruins of the Whig Party – God will show us the way…

Today, we must find NEW BOLD CHALLENGERS who, like Tim Scott, Ted Cruz, Elbert Guillory and Ralph Washington are already in the fray – the conservative "minorities" prepared to take a stand and fight for the right regardless of “race” or victim politics, folks that Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid pretend DO NOT EXIST – and SUPPORT THEM whether in office already, running for office or just willing to fight for our Constitution.

A blockbuster news report has revealed that Barack Obama and his older brother, Malik "Roy" Obama, have direct ties to the fundraising operations of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization.

The Obamas' maneuverings for personal profit and to advance the power of radical Wahabi Sunni Islam have placed the United States unnecessarily on the opposite side of a global conflict with Russia and China.

The personal greed of the Obama brothers has led our nation down a perilous path, just as the Bible warns us: "So are the ways of everyone that is greedy of personal gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof." (Proverbs 1:19)

This is the biggest proof yet that the Obamas have given aid, comfort, cash, tanks and fighter jets to the enemies of America and put us at risk of a worldwide war.

Here is the proof of Obama's crimes.

The former Chancellor of the Constitutional Court of Egypt, Tahani al-Jebali, announced on Egyptian news channels that they have the documents proving Obama's true motives in Egypt and worldwide.

Al-Jebali made the announcement that she wishes "to inform the American people that their president's brother [Malik] Obama is one of the architects of the major investments of the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood."

She also stated, "We will carry out the law and the Americans will not stop us. The Obama administration cannot stop us; they know that they supported terrorism. We will open the files so these nations are exposed, to show how they collaborated with them [the terrorists]. It is for this reason why the American administration fights us."

Malik Obama boasts that he is a Wahabi Sunni Muslim, as their father was and as we believe Barack Obama is as well. Malik runs a phony 501C3 organization out of Alexandria, Virginia (The Barack H. Obama Foundation) that raises tax-free donations in order to fund himself and the Muslim Brotherhood.

WND reports that Malik Obama's "charity" has spent its tax-free donations to pay for the "Barack H. Obama Rest and Relaxation Center" in Kenya, which is a restaurant complex that includes a massive house, mosque and madrassa for Malik and his 12 wives.

Malik's organization and another one named for Barack Obama's grandmother have been implicated in fundraising activities in the name of Wahabi Sunniism, the sect of Islam practiced by al Qaeda, the House of Saud and the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Obama family is enriching itself through phony charities, funneling money to terrorist organizations and endangering YOUR safety in the process.

It's way past time for Congress to step in and remove Obama from power. Please, send your faxes immediately and call for Obama's impeachment.

And this sordid tale gets even worse!

While conservative and tea party 501C3 groups were held in limbo by the IRS, Obama's friend Lois Lerner personally rubber-stamped Malik Obama's application for his charity in less than a month!

Not only that, but she back-dated the non-profit status of Malik's group by 39 months - a full year longer than the legal limit!

The cronyism and nepotism of the Obama regime has put us all at risk. Tell Congress to draw up Articles of Impeachment against Obama and to do it right now!

The worst part of this entire scandal is that Egypt's secular interim government has now reached out to Russia and China for help, since Obama refuses to aid them in the fight against his "brothers" in the Muslim Brotherhood - the same group that is burning churches and killing Christians in Egypt!

Patriots respond to the "Million Muslim March on 9-11" “How appropriate. A million muslims surrounded by 2 million hogs!”

What do you get when you arrive at the Million Muslim March on 9/11 in Washington DC?

Loud competition. Very loud. And lots of it! You get 2 million American biker patriots revving their engines when Muslims start lifting their asses to Allah on the front lawn of the U.S. Capitol building on 9/11.

WND  (h/t Susan K) Muslims who have begun promoting a 9/11 march in Washington that originally was to protest “anti-Islamic bigotry in the U.S.” and then turned into a “March Against Fear” may have some competition. In what was a virtual impossibility before the Internet, a Facebook page has been created in which many individuals are coordinating what they have dubbed “2 Million Bikers to DC.”

At the Mr. Conservative blog, the author said: “The best way to counter bad speech is to oppose it with good speech. Sometimes ‘speech’ can be expressed simply by the number of people who are willing to show up to support a principle. That’s the view that hundreds of bikers (so far) across American have as they prepare to join a ’2 Million Biker Ride to DC’ to counter the planned Sept. 11 ‘Million Muslim March.’

On the Facebook page, the community purpose is described as: “To honor those who were killed on 911 and our armed forces who fought those who precipitated this attack!” More than 16,000 “likes” had been generated in just a short time.

“We have now created the final phase for states to coordinate! All riders need to look at the state list, choose your state and request to be added! Several states still need coordinators,” is included in the instructions. Four dozen pages to coordinate delegations from individuals states already exist.

A Ronald Curaba said: “Who ever comments I would like to do this … should shut up and show up! Im a retired FDNY Lt. I should be at my old firehouse where I was on that ill fated day …. but I will be in DC riding! God willing!”

Organizers of the page added: “Folks, just wanted to say thank you for your support. This event has been a lot of work. But for our country it is worth it. As with any event such as this we are being attacked from every angle. But we will not allow those distractions to deter us from our goal nor the goal of the originator of this event Mr. Bill Williamson.”

“God Bless Ride Safe,” added Tammy Bowman.

“Ride on brothers,” said Bob Halley.

“Don’t forget ya’ll don’t need a bike to participate. Support vehicles will be needed. I suppose most of the U.S. will be there in spirit. Those of us who are lucky to still have employment still need to work their knickers off to survive these days. Perhaps red/white/blue boys can adorn people’s homes in support?” suggested Trish Zysk.

Options for those who cannot make the trek to D.C.? “Organize a ride to your own state Capitol! Get with like-mined folks and get started planning! Someone take a lead in your state and get the event in motion.”

Also, get with your ‘Impeach Obama Overpass’ organization. “Whatever you decide please do something to support America on 911!”

While the American Muslim Political Action Committee originally billed its offering as the “Million Muslim March,” it now has been changed to the “Million American March Against Fear.” The promoters initially said their march was to protest “anti-Islamic bigotry in the years that ensued the al-Qaida terrorist attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people on American soil.”

Now the group says its goal is to “ask all individuals and organizations working for peace to attend this collective action to tell our government leaders we want transparency and policies of peace.

In the past 12 years since 9/11 the United States government as failed to protect and promote constitutional liberties and human life, here and abroad. We feel that accountability in government has been ignored and the time has arrived to collectively speak truth to power.”

An early statement from the group said, “On 9.11.01 our country was forever changed by the horrific events in New York. The entire country was victimized by the acts done on that day. Muslim and non Muslim alike were traumatized but we as Muslims continue 12 years later to be victimized by being made the villains. To this day every media outlet and anti Islamic organization has committed slanderous and libel statements against us as Muslims and our religion of Islam.”

Vice President of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt says Obama's brother is a Muslim Brotherhood leader.

The following news story is very interesting, not the least because it reveals something about our Muslim leader Barack Hussein Obama, but because the source of the story does not originate from any group of domestic, anti-Obama, Islamophobes. It comes directly from Tahani al-Gebali, Vice President of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt. It was reposted on Jihad Watch. The story was written by Raymond Ibrahim. Wikipedia has his bio here. Raymond Ibrahim is an American research librarian, translator, author and columnist. His focus is Arabic history and language, and current events. He is the author of two books, Crucified Again: Exposing Islam's New War on Christians (Regnery, 2013) and The Al Qaeda Reader (Doubleday, 2007). Ibrahim was previously an Arab language specialist for the Near East section of the Library of Congress, and the associate director of the Middle East Forum. He is currently a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

Obama’s brother: Muslim Brotherhood leader?

Speaking yesterday on Bitna al-Kibir, a live TV show, Tahani al-Gebali, Vice President of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt, said the time was nearing when all the conspiracies against Egypt would be exposed—conspiracies explaining why the Obama administration is so vehemently supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood, whose terrorism has, among other atrocities, caused the destruction of some 80 Christian churches in less than one week.

Al-Gebali referred to “documents and proofs” which Egypt’s intelligence agencies possess and how “the time for them to come out into the open has come.” In the course of her discussion on how these documents record massive financial exchanges between international bodies and the Muslim Brotherhood, she said: “Obama’s brother is one of the architects of investment for the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

Here the confused host stopped her, asking her to repeat what she just said, which she did, with complete confidence, adding “If the matter requires it, then we must inform our people"—apparently a reference to Obama’s support for the Brotherhood against the state of Egypt, which is causing the latter to call all bets off, that is, causing Egyptian officials to spill the beans as to the true nature of the relationship between the U.S., the Brotherhood, and Egypt.

She did not mention which of the U.S president’s brother’s she was referring to, but earlier it was revealed that Obama’s brother, Malik Obama, was running an African nonprofit closely linked to the Brotherhood as well as the genocidal terrorist of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir.

In a news report on Egyptian television of a Gebali speech, translated by researcher Walid Shoebat, a former Palestinian Liberation Organization operative, Gebali said she would like “to inform the American people that their president’s brother Obama is one of the architects of the major investments of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

Whereas this op-ed writer, blogger and investigative journalist holds no claim to being a Constitutional expert (whose expertise lies elsewhere, primarily in geo-politics and the Mid East/Islam), a close associate surely qualifies. Unarguably, he is considered world class.  

Most assuredly, trampling on the Constitution is no small matter, even if one attempts to hide behind the 'living breathing' nonsensical mantra, as Obama (a so called Constitutional lawyer...oh please...talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel) and surrogates regularly intone its 'merits'. And there are so many examples of the administration's malfeasance it is hard to know where to commence the indictment. Yet, even a few will suffice, starting with their obsessive quest to eviscerate the First Amendment, a hallmark of any free society. Specifically, what more proof is needed than to internalize that the highest law enforcement official in the land, AG Eric Holder, is initiating 'legal' actions against Americans who criticize Islam? Are you thinking this blogger has lost it? Think again. Contained within the above link are more than enough exhibits to place Holder, and his boss, in the dock for high crimes and misdemeanors! 

NOT content with violating freedom of religion and speech, the regime in Washington is gunning for the Second Amendment ! How audacious. The right to keep and bear arms, without a scintilla of a doubt, is a bedrock of America's Constitutional Republic, but not according to Obama's thugs. Yes, they will grab America's guns - whatever it takes. And, the UN is their go to address, as they seek to strip Americans of their right to bear arms, yet patriots have other ideas, even as leftists go postal over gun control. It will be out of their cold, dead hands.

EVEN some in Congress are beginning to see that they have Constitutional options to indict this runaway regime, and it is not as if true scholars and patriots aren't giving them Constitutional legal cover.

Along comes Professor Paul Eidelberg - a true Constitutional scholar and patriot - to America's rescue, as he gives 'We the People' all the Constitutional muster needed to indict the criminals ruling Washington. Get busy. Start your petitions!

'Needed: An Independent Counsel to Investigate the Obama Administration'

The failure of Barack Hussein Obama, the President of the United States, to protect American citizens abroad indicates that he may have violated Article Two, Section One, Clause Eight, of the U.S. Constitution which sets forth the presidential oath of office in these words:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Accordingly:

Whereas the present writer, a native-born American citizen who served as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force, and who conducted seminars during the Korean War to inform American soldiers about the totalitarian nature of America’s arch enemy, the Soviet Union;

And whereas this author has written books on the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, as well as a book entitled “Beyond Détente: Toward an American Foreign Policy,” a book based on Washington’s “Farewell Address”;

And whereas the principles elaborated in the latter book obliged the present writer to urge President Ronald Reagan to transcend the futile policy of détente with the Soviet Union—indeed, to promote the disintegration of that “Evil Empire”;

And whereas the same author sees that the Barack Administration is pursuing the discredited policy of détente vis-à-vis Islam, an imperialistic ideology which, like that of Communist Russia, does not recognize any international borders or the nation-state system;

And whereas this American, for the previous reasons, is more keenly aware of the perilous course of the United States, as well as more profoundly concerned about the well-being of Americans serving in American embassies and consulates abroad;

Indeed, whereas some of these Americans have perished because of the détente or ideologically neutral mentality of the Obama Administration and its possibly criminal negligence:

I therefore urge Americans to petition the Congress of the United States to reconstitute, in accordance with its Special Prosecutor Act of 1978, an Independent Counsel to investigate and prosecute designated high-ranking Executive Branch officials, including President Barack Obama, who are suspected of possible malfeasance in high office.
