One of the founding principles of the Islamic constitution is to ensure that all sovereignty and supremacy belongs solely to God; the Shari’ah is a practical manifestation of this sovereignty and supremacy because it seeks to establish His command in society.
The status of a nation subsequently does not depend on its number, strength or technological advancement, but rather how much it submits to the commands of God. When a nation seeks to be free from such commands, then ultimately it will meet its destruction.
The Statue of Liberty, designed by Frederic Bartholdi, stands on Liberty Island in New York Harbor; representing Libertas, the Roman (false) goddess of Freedom, it is symbolic of the rebellious nature of the US constitution that elevates the command of man over the command of God.
In Islam, the public veneration of idols and statues is strictly prohibited. This has forced sincere Muslims to develop realistic plans that will aid in the removal of the Statue of Liberty.
Due to the scale of the task at hand, it is highly likely that rigorous safety checks will need to be employed before the demolition of the Statue of Liberty can commence; thus as a temporary measure, it is proposed that a large burkha is used to cover the statue, thereby shielding this horrendous eye sore from public view as well as sending a strong message to its French creators.
Post demolition, it is recommended that a minaret be built as a fitting replacement, allowing the glorification of God to be proclaimed daily as well as act as a powerful reminder of the superiority of Islam over all other ways of life.
Americans build monuments to help us remember great people and moments of triumph and great sorrow. In Washington, D.C. there are many such monuments. In New York harbor on Liberty Island stands a statue that was dedicated to all those who came to our great nation in search of freedom and liberty. This is The Statue of Liberty. A plaque containing the immortal words of poetess Emma Lazarus is displayed inside the statue.
"Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
Emma Lazarus, 1883
The Statue of Liberty faces out to sea from its pedestal so it can be viewed by all who enter New York harbor. It is a greeting to all those who arrive here at the end of their long journey. Tens of thousands of immigrants passed beneath Lady Liberty's gaze as they arrived on Ellis Island and this statue had great meaning to them and their descendants.
In 1984, the Statue of Liberty was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The UNESCO "Statement of Significance" describes the statue as a "masterpiece of the human spirit" that "endures as a highly potent symbol—inspiring contemplation, debate and protest—of ideals such as liberty, peace, human rights, abolition of slavery, democracy and opportunity."
Tyrants and despots hate America because we cherish our liberty and freedom and freely share it with anyone who comes here. Islam believes that freedom and liberty is a sin and that all believers in Islam should be mindless slaves without free will. They teach their Muslim children to worship death instead of life. These differences are so fundamental that it only proves that Islam cannot coexist in America with our freedom of religion.
Since the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that ALL speech, no matter how hateful, is protected by our First Amendment rights (re: The Westboro Baptist Church ruling) then the Islamists depiction of the desecration of our sacred Statue of Liberty must be viewed as the Muslims freedom of speech, as well. The one thing the Muslims hate about us most is our freedom and liberty yet they use those same freedoms to incite hatred against us. So be it. Here is my suggestion to solve this problem once and for all. And I won't be holding my breath waiting for all those moderate Muslims in America to denounce the plan to demolish The Statue of Liberty. Like they say, the silence will be deafening.
The last photo is from my dreams. Maybe our next president will have the fortitude to do it after the next attack.
