Documenting how "Evil Never Sleeps" may be an unending story.

Two things happened yesterday on different sides of the country that explain how badly Democrats and RINOs have ruined our nation. In a Federal Court in Alexandria, Virginia U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga, who was appointed by President George W. Bush,  ruled that the government’s Terror Watchlist that placed suspected Muslims on the “No Fly” list violated their constitutional rights. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, the unindicted co-conspirators in the Hamas Holy Land terror funding case, challenged the watchlist on behalf of Muslims.

In California, the Board of Supervisors for the City and County of San Francisco voted unanimously to declare the National Rifle Association as a Domestic Terrorist Organization. To put things into proper perspective it should be noted that the NRA has been accused of almost every crime in recent years except hijacking airplanes and flying them into buildings.
