"Even Terrorists Have A Right To
Citizenship"-The Chicago Tribune
Now... before we go any further... if you believe that a
low-life piece of scum who travels to a foreign country to join a
recognized terrorist organization that has vowed to attack the United
States… AND THEN tries to slither back into the United States to commit
unspeakable acts of terrorism HAS NOT VOLUNTARILY RENOUNCED his or her
citizenship... then stop reading right now and accept our humble apologies, because what we're about to say is simply going to upset you.
However, if you stand with Senator Ted Cruz and agree that the Senate must pass Cruz's
Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 as soon as humanly possible, then we need you to speak up right now.
Make no mistake, the Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 is in a danger because liberals and
America-haters
are mercilessly attacking Senator Cruz for having the audacity to take a
stand against terrorism. Sources are telling us that RINOs in the

It's No Longer A Question Of If Or When... ISIS Is Here!
As we previously reported, Congressman Duncan Hunter
recently announced that border patrol agents told him, in confidence,
that ISIS terrorists are presently being apprehended trying to sneak
across the border.
Hunter is not alone. Judicial Watch claims that a
confidential source in the Department of Homeland Security told them
that even more ISIS terrorists were just apprehended AFTER making it to
the United States.
And to make matters worse... Islamic terrorists are still posting on social media sites that
American citizens who went overseas to train with ISIS are
about to be sent back to the United States to commit multiple and
massive acts of terror on U.S. soil, and recent events in Canada should
serve as proof that these postings are not idle threats.
There's no longer any room for doubt. Terrorists are presently
mobilizing to attack the United States. An attack could be imminent. It
could come at any moment. Yet, in spite of this imminent threat,
key Democrats are intentionally blocking Cruz's Expatriate
Terrorist Act of 2014 as RINOs cowardly dive under their desks for
cover.
And that is unacceptable and intolerable. As Cruz put it:
"If we do not pass this legislation, the consequence will be that
Americans fighting alongside ISIS today may come home tomorrow with a
U.S. passport, may come home to New York or Los Angeles or Houston or
Chicago and innocent Americans may be murdered if the Senate does not
act."
If RINOs are going to find their spines then
it's
up to patriotic Americans like you to stand with Ted Cruz, deluge these

Are Liberals Delusional Or Are They Just Playing Politics?
The question has to be asked. How does one explain the knee-jerk
attacks against Senator Cruz? How does one explain the attempts by
liberals to put words into Cruz's mouth and thereby confound
conservatives?
How does one explain the phony arguments that are being used to
discredit Cruz and trick conservatives and civil libertarians into
opposing the
Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014?
Let's examine the headline from the Chicago Tribune at the top of this urgent alert:
"Even Terrorists Have A Right To Citizenship." One of the main contentions of the article is that Senator Cruz
"decries the expansion of federal power Obama has brought about" but
"wants to give him [Obama] another power: deciding that some Americans will no longer be Americans."
There's one big and glaring problem with the Tribune's contention. It's A LIE.
The Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 doesn't say that
terrorists are not U.S. Citizens and it does not give Barack Obama (or
any occupant of the Oval Office) the authority to decide
"that some Americans will no longer be Americans."
So why is Cruz being attacked? Why are people putting words in his mouth?
The answer is simple. They're relying upon your ignorance by raising a
totally phony civil liberties argument. The only question that remains
unanswered is why. But one thing is certain,
if patriotic Americans don't speak up, right here and right now, to expose this treasonous lie, they'll get away with it.

So What Does The Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 Actually Say?
The Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 simply amends current U.S. law, specifically 8
U.S.C. 1481, a law that has been on the books for approximately 75 years.
Under 8 U.S.C. 1481, there are very specific and narrowly
defined oaths and actions a person can take that can be considered as a
voluntarily renunciation of citizenship.
One of those actions is treason, another is "entering,
or serving in, the armed forces of a foreign state if such armed forces
are engaged in hostilities against the United States."
The Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 simply adds
"a designated foreign terrorist organization" and
"intentionally targeting nationals of the United States for acts of terror" to a law that has been on the books for 75 years.
The point bears repeating. If you join a FOREIGN terrorist organization and you're going to
INTENTIONALLY TARGET Americans for acts of terror, it can be deemed that you have
VOLUNTARILY RENOUNCED your citizenship. And moreover, if someone is charged under the act they are still entitled to
DUE PROCESS.
Put another way, the law doesn't apply to those who have joined a domestic terror organization. The law
doesn't apply to those who walk out into the street and simply preach that ISIS is
"cool" and it doesn't give Barack Obama the authority to simply deem
"that some Americans will no longer be Americans." So liberals can relax. Domestic Terrorist Bill Ayers won't be charged should the
Expatriate Terrorist Act of 2014 become law.
Senator Cruz even explained it for those who are too lazy to read the two-page bill:
"The ETA amends an existing statute
that provides certain actions by which a United States citizen renounces
their citizenship to include becoming a member of, fighting for, or
providing material assistance to a designated foreign terrorist
organization that is working to attack the United States or its
citizens. Provided the requirements of due process are observed, if a
U.S. Citizen undertakes these acts with the intent of supplanting his
U.S. Citizenship with loyalty to a terrorist organization, that person
can be deemed to have forfeited their right to be a United States
Citizen and return to the United States."
Cruz went on to say: "Americans who
choose to go to Syria or Iraq to fight with vicious ISIS terrorists are
party to a terrorist organization committing horrific acts of violence,
including beheading innocent American journalists who they have
captured. There can be no clearer renunciation of their citizenship in
the United States, and we need to do everything we can to preempt any
attempt on their part to re-enter our country and carry out further
attacks on American civilians."
We could not have said it better,
but it's not enough to simply speak the truth. We must support Senator Cruz and put truth to action.
