Justice for all, but some more than others evidently — welcome to DhimmiTulsa. Religious freedom is obviously not for Christians or others… it’s for Muslims and if you are a cop in Tulsa, you will obey and submit or be punished. So sayeth a panel of federal judges in Denver. Captain Paul Fields just lost his court battle in the Tenth Circuit, Paul Fields v. City of Tulsa, which began in 2010. Captain Fields summarily refused to attend the Masjid al-Salam Mosque in Tulsa as ordered by his superiors. He also said he would not command his officers to attend if it violated their religious beliefs. Fields was instructed to attend a ‘learning’ event at the mosque. Never mind that Captain Fields had been an outstanding police officer for 17 years… because he would not submit, he was demoted, had his pay reduced and could not be promoted for a year. The man was punished for being a Christian – in the heart of the Bible Belt no less.

Captain Paul Fields of the Tulsa Police was suspended and then transferred for refusing to order his officers to attend an event at the Masjid al-Salam, the Islamic Society of Tulsa (IST). Masjid al-Salam means Mosque of Peace Be Upon You (or something very close). In the IST constitution, on their website, they say they have a “continuous affiliation with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA).” The ISNA is an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism trials (they collected charitable funds and funneled the money to Hamas and others), as is the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), who owns IST. The officers were to meet with the leadership of the mosque, view the Quran, learn about Islam and were urged to buy pamphlets and books. I’m sure they were also urged to convert. Radical Islam is religious fascism. You can bet they are moving into every police department across the nation, converting officers and recruiting warriors for Islam and Sharia — just as they are doing in the prisons. They want the strongest warriors among us – violent or not — prisoners, athletes, military, police officers. The Tulsa Islamic organization has featured speakers such as Imam Siraj Wahhaj, “a Shariah-adherent Muslim who promotes the destruction of Western civilization and the creation of an Islamic caliphate.”

The Marxist judges sitting on the Tenth Circuit have declared that Captain Fields did not have a right to observe his religious rights under the Constitution — you know, that dusty old document that is supposed to guarantee our rights and freedoms. So passe. Gee, Tulsa is beginning to feel a lot like Dearbornistan. I agree with BlazingCatFur – oh, vomit! Refusing indoctrination is not proselytizing or the denial of protection of the mosque or religion itself (this officer had previously protected the mosque from violent individuals) — it is his right under the First Amendment, you commie asshats. What part of religious freedom don’t you Marxists comprehend exactly? You only seem to understand it when it benefits your Progressive agenda. I call that selective evil.

Captain Fields is being represented by the American Freedom Law Center, who correctly argues that Fields’ First and Fourteenth Amendment rights are being violated. He is being persecuted for his religious objections. The Tenth Circuit ignored the “religious objections” argument, saying it was “not preserved” by the District Court.

If this incident had occurred with Muslims being ordered to attend an event they objected to religiously and the same actions had been taken, the whole chain of command would have been fired. Count on it. Captain Fields was permanently demoted for this. When this order came down from the Chief of Police, Chuck Jordan, no one… and I mean no one volunteered. They were then ordered to attend and Fields had the backbone to stand up and say ‘no.’ Nor would he force his officers to comply. The man is a hero in my book. From the American Freedom Law Center:

There was no agenda on the invitation flyer—nor was one created by City police officials—for the invited officers to discuss crime or crime related issues of any kind. Consequently, the Islamic event was not a function of what is known as “Community Policing,” nor did this event involve a “call for service.” In sum, it was a private event hosted by an Islamic religious organization. I will also put forth the questions asked by Maggie’s Notebook – posited back in 2011:

• Does/did Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan know about Islamic Society of Tulsa’s connections to the ISNA, NAIT, and the Muslim Brotherhood when they suspended and reassigned Captain Paul Fields, and then charged him with having an “anti-Islamic agenda?”

• Did Jordan know it when he and 150 Tulsa police officers shared the hospitality of BBQ chicken and baklava with the Islamic Center of Tulsa?

• Do un-indicted co-conspirators of the Holy Land Foundation terrorism funding trials mean nothing to Tulsa law enforcement?

• Do FBI reports mean nothing? It doesn’t matter whether mosque goers are seen as peaceful members of the community. The Masjid al-Salam Islamic Society of Tulsa has terrorist ties. Z Truth has the story of the anti-Islamic agenda charge against Fields and some good commentary.

Fields is appealing this, as he should. This case should go all the way to the Supreme Court. But given their leanings these days, who knows what the outcome would be. I do know this… more cops should have the character to refuse orders such as these. It is principle and survival we are speaking of here.

As Ironic Surrealism so aptly put it, this has the rancid stench of [state sanctioned] Sharia all over it:

(Christian News Network) — TULSA, Okla. – An appeals court has ruled that the rights of an Oklahoma police captain that was punished in 2010 for refusing to attend an Islamic service were not violated.

As previously reported, three years ago, Captain Paul Fields was ordered to attend “Law Enforcement Appreciation Day,” which was hosted by the Islamic Society of Tulsa at a local mosque. The event, held on an Islamic holy day, was to include a tour of the mosque, an Islamic prayer service, lectures on the Islamic faith and meetings with local Muslim leaders.

Because Fields is a Christian, he felt uncomfortable with attending the event, which was not an official police function. He reportedly met with his superiors to express his concerns and outline why he believed that it was unlawful for the Tulsa Police Department to force him to attend.

“This event is not a police ‘call for service,’ which I would readily respond to as required by my oath of office,” Fields wrote in an email. “It is my opinion, and that of my legal counsel, that forcing me to enter a mosque when it is not directly related to a police call for service is a violation of my civil rights.”

“This is not about religion,” said Police Chief Charles Jordan. “[W]e’re not going because they’re Islamic; we’re going because they’re Tulsa citizens.”

And the bull crap piles ever deeper. This IS the persecution of Christians and the insinuation of Islamic control into all of our centers of power and control. It is a coup plain and simple, with the knowing assistance of those who would willingly submit to Islam for personal gain. The question becomes… Christians are you in? Are you game to stand up and fight for your faith and beliefs? Constitutionalists – where do we draw the line and say: ‘no more?’

If departments such as the Tulsa Police Department demand their officers attend mosques, do you really believe there will not come a time that they demand they stand against American citizens? Especially Christians.

WOO HOO! Marine Le Pen’s anti-EU/anti-Muslim Immigration party’s election victory in France

The far right conservative National Front Party has topped the polls in France as countries across Europe turned to extremist patriotic and anti-EU parties. Exit polls suggest the anti-Muslim immigrant party led by Marine Le Pen took more than a quarter of the vote, pushing  President Hollande’s Socialist Party into third place with just 13 per cent.

UK Daily Mail (h/t Maria J)   It is the first time the party – which wants to cut Muslim immigration drastically and reduce the influence of Islam – has come first in a nationwide election in its 40-year history. Projections show it could take 25 of France’s 74 European Parliament seats.

Prime Minister Manuel Valls said it was ‘a political earthquake in France’ and ‘a very grave moment for France and for Europe’, while ecology minister Segolene Royale said: ‘It’s a shock on a global scale.’

It was the most striking of a number of successes for far-Right and anti-EU parties. Chillingly, there were signs a neo-Nazi  candidate for the NPD party could be elected in Germany, giving the far-Right a foothold for the first time in decades.

The National Front came a full 11 percentage points ahead of the ruling Socialists in the vote. Miss Le Pen hailed a ‘historic victory’, saying: ‘The sovereign people of France have spoken loud and clear.’

She called on President Hollande to dissolve the government and call elections. She added: ‘The people have taken back the reins of their own destiny. This means policies of the French, for the French, by the French. They do not want to be ruled from outside.’ Miss Le Pen, 45, took over the party founded by her controversial father, Jean-Marie Le Pen, in 2011.

She claims to have detoxified it, taking it away from its racist and anti-Semitic roots. She called the EU public enemy No 1, and insisted she is no longer a mere loudspeaker for protest voters. She said: ‘The EU nowadays is like the old Soviet Union – it can’t be improved. ‘We need to let it crumble and build after it a Europe of free and sovereign nations.’

In Germany Udo Voigt, leader of the anti-immigrant National Democratic Party, campaigned on slogans such as ‘Money for granny instead of Sinti and Roma’ and ‘the boat is full’.

BUT  THAT’S NOT ALL

GREECE: The anti-EU Syriza party topped the poll with 27 per cent of the vote and the extreme Right Golden Dawn looked set to enter the European Parliament for the first time, with three seats and 9 per cent of the vote. The party came third overall in Greece.

DENMARK: The anti-Islam Danish People’s Party came first in that country’s elections.

ITALY:  The Eurosceptic Five Star movement (M5S) was tipped to come second. An exit poll for the ANSA news agency showed Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi’s centre-left Democratic Party (PD) scoring between 29.5 and 32.5 percent, compared to firebrand ex-comedian Beppe Grillo’s M5S with 25 to 28 percent.

Up to a third of voters across Europe were expected to opt for fringe parties opposed to the very institution of the EU in the European Parliamentary elections. A surge in Euroscepticism led  to an increased vote for protest  parties – mirroring the impressive showing by Ukip in Britain. The extreme nature of many of the parties will cause deep concern.

GERMANY:  The anti-Brussels AfD party, which wants to stop using the euro, could get six MEPs, a huge blow to established parties which championed the currency and have branded AfD an unelectable mix of academics and nationalists.

Memorial Day

We are reminded by definition in Wikipedia, though we shouldn't have to be, that Memorial Day is a holiday wherein the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces are remembered.

In our all too busy lives, too many of us look at this day for more personal reasons than the one reason we all should be thinking about. It is a three-day weekend for most, a day to enjoy outdoor barbecues, opening the family swimming pool, getting ready for Summer and, of course, a day to visit stores and look for items on sale that we all most certainly need. To those who served their country and fought for our freedom, the memory of this day takes on a more significant and rightful purpose.

The holiday, which is celebrated every year on the final Monday of May, was formerly known as Decoration Day and originated after the American Civil War to commemorate the Union and Confederate soldiers who died in the Civil War. By the 20th century, Memorial Day had been extended to honor all Americans who have died while in the military service. It typically marks the start of the summer vacation season, while Labor Day marks its end.

Many people visit cemeteries and memorials, particularly to honor those who have died in military service. Many volunteers place an American flag on each grave in national cemeteries.

It is a day to give thanks to those of made the ultimate sacrifice to keep us free. "All gave some, some gave all."

Our nation's security and its cherished value of free speech has been endangered by the bullying campaigns of radical Islamic groups, masquerading as "civil rights" organizations, to remove any reference to the Islamist motivation behind Islamic terrorist attacks. These groups have pressured or otherwise colluded with Hollywood, the news media, museums, book publishers, law enforcement and the Obama Administration in censoring the words "Islamist", "Islamic terrorism", "radical Islam" and "jihad" in discussing or referencing the threat and danger of Islamic terrorism.

It is undeniable that those behind the 9-11 attacks and other Islamic terrorism were motivated by radical Islamic ideology. To deny the truth behind the religious motivation of Islamic terrorists is an insult to the memory of the 9-11 victims and all other victims of Islamic terrorism. Islamist terrorists were behind the bombing of Madrid's commuter train system in 2004; they attacked London's subways in 2005; they opened fire on innocents in a Kenyan shopping mall in 2013. U.K. jihadists hacked a British soldier to death that same year. Just weeks ago, Nigerian Islamists kidnapped hundreds of schoolgirls and forced them to convert to Islam.

Radical Islamist ideology clearly motivated all of the attacks – the perpetrators said so unambiguously.

Yet, those who dare to talk about jihad as holy war, or invoke the term "Islamic terrorists", or discuss the religious motivation behind Islamist group, are slandered as "Islamophobes" or bigots. The courageous Muslim voices who dare criticize radical Islam find themselves scurrilously attacked and slandered by national Islamist groups as turncoats – "Uncle Toms"—when these moderates should be lauded as heroes.

This is the new form of the jihadist threat we face. It's an attack on one of our most sacred freedoms—free speech—and it endangers our very national security.

How can we win the war against radical Islam if we can't even name the enemy?

Here are the main radical Islamic groups that have led the campaign of censorship: The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), the Muslim American Society (MAS), Muslim Advocates, and the Muslim Students Association (MSA). (You can read about their true backgrounds by clicking here).

In addition to embracing censorship campaign of the above-listed American Islamist groups, the Obama Administration, astonishingly, legitimizes the groups themselves. The groups are routinely invited to events at the White House and other Administration meetings.

The chill on free speech takes an even more dangerous turn when prosecutors charged with keeping us safe are prohibited from investigating the religious justifications for terrorist attacks.

Scandalously, the FBI has succumbed to pressure from these Islamist groups in purging and destroying thousands of books, pamphlets, papers and PowerPoint presentations that were deemed to be "offensive to Islam."

American Islamist groups are continuing to succeed in curbing free speech. New examples seem to pop up each week.

Brandeis University capitulated to an organized campaign to rescind plans to give Ayaan Hirsi Ali – a tireless campaigner against abuses of women in Muslim cultures – an honorary degree. ABC Family Channel killed a pilot TV series, called "Alice in Arabia," about an American teenage girl forced to live against her will in Saudi Arabia. Universities have canceled screenings of a documentary called "Honor Diaries."

In deceptive public statements, Islamist groups claim they are against "terrorism." But when asked if they specifically condemn "Islamic terrorist groups", they refuse to acknowledge the Islamist motivation, a motivation the Islamic terrorists openly admit themselves. Islamist groups do backflips to avoid discussing the role their shared radical ideology plays in terrorist attacks.

It is time to fight back and not allow these radical Islamic groups to continue to undermine our fundamental value of free speech and endanger our national security.

"These personnel will support the operation of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft for missions over northern Nigeria and the surrounding area," Obama said in a letter to congressional leaders.

Sure sounds like someone has their priorities mixed up.

Did you know that, no matter the evidence, if a jury feels a law is unjust, it is permitted to “nullify” the law rather than finding someone guilty? Basically, jury nullification is a jury’s way of saying, “By the letter of the law, the defendant is guilty, but we also disagree with that law, so we vote to not punish the accused.” Ultimately, the verdict serves as an acquittal.

Haven’t heard of jury nullification? Don’t feel bad; you’re far from alone. If anything, your unfamiliarity is by design. Generally, defense lawyers are not allowed to even mention jury nullification as a possibility during a trial because judges prefer juries to follow the general protocols rather than delivering independent verdicts.

Surprisingly, the Supreme Court has routinely agreed that judges have no obligation to inform juries about jury nullification. Paradoxically, jury nullification is permitted to exist as an option to all juries, yet this option cannot be discussed in most courtrooms.

A few years ago, Julian Heicklen handed out pamphlets to passersby on jury nullification to people outside of a federal courthouse. While the former professor was merely attempting to educate people about how the jury system works, he was charged with jury tampering. The prosecution labeled Heicklen “a significant and important threat to our judicial system,” but the judge ultimately disagreed and dismissed the case. Nonetheless, the fact that this case went to court at all shows how those in the legal system are willing to intimidate those who vocalize this loophole.

Jury nullification is undoubtedly feared because of its ability to upset the system. A jury that considers drug laws to be outrageous can nullify. A jury that is aware of the mass inequality in incarceration rates and believes a defendant was targeted via racial profiling can nullify. A jury that believes a harmless defendant is a victim of the prison industrial complex rather than a perpetrator can nullify. This counter-verdict exists so that citizens can right the wrongs inherent in our supposed “justice” system.

Even while Michael Bloomberg’s anti-gun groups celebrate their “victory” in getting Chipotle to ban guns from their stores, a story out of Durham, NC reminds us why these so called “gun free zones” are actually doing more harm than good.

At 9pm on Sunday night the “The Pit Authentic Barbecue” in Durham was robbed at gunpoint when 3 masked men entered the restaurant through the back door.

    DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) –Police are searching for three suspects involved in an armed robbery at Durham’s newly-opened barbecue restaurant, The Pit, at 321 W. Geer Street.

    Authorities said just before 9 p.m. Sunday, three men wearing hoodies entered the restaurant through the back doors with pistols, and forced several staff members to lie on the floor.

    The bandits assaulted two employees during the crime, but they were not seriously injured.

Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt or injured in this incident, but it’s no thanks to a sign on the window of the restaurant that clearly states no guns are allowed.

The sign is not just a random one any anti-gunner can pick up at a rally.  This is a custom-made sign that someone spent some time and effort on, thinking it was going to make the restaurant a safer place for everyone.

The sign even points out that “no concealed firearms” are permissible on the property, so even gun owners who have been trained and licensed to carry handguns are not allowed to protect themselves in this establishment.

This should be a clear reminder that criminals don’t obey gun laws and they don’t obey signs on windows that say that can’t bring their guns inside.  These signs only stop law abiding citizens from being able to protect themselves and make the establishment a bigger target for crooks.  After all, why pick a target where people can shoot back at you?

Ironically, the owner’s original “The Pit Authentic Barbecue” in Raleigh was the same restaurant that hosted part of  Gabby Gifford’s anti-gun tour last year.

Look to see this story ignored by every anti-gun group on earth as it does not fit their narrative that “no gun” signs make everyone safer.

VOM is providing assistance to two sisters who recently escaped captivity from Boko Haram.

Two sisters, Kamka, 19, and Naya, 16, were sleeping when radical Muslims invaded their home. The armed terrorists entered their brother's room and shot him in the hand before demanding to know where the girls' father was. When they realized the two sisters were not married and their father was not home, they took the girls by force.

The Boko Haram terrorist group has declared war on Christians in Nigeria, frequently attacking Christian villages, burning Christians' houses and murdering indiscriminately. They also kidnap teenage girls and force them to convert and marry Boko Haram members.

After forcing Kamka and Naya to walk through the woods at gunpoint, the terrorists immediately put them to work fetching water and cooking. A few days later, the girls were told that both of them were to be married. “We're too young,” Naya protested. But the leader then showed them his daughter, a girl of 7 or 8, who was already married.

“If we refused to cooperate, we would be killed,” Naya told a VOM worker. “The man whom I was forced to marry took me. He picked up his gun and a knife and threatened to murder me if I continued to resist.”

The sisters cried and prayed together, unsure of what would become of them. But after two weeks, a Muslim woman took pity on them. While fetching water with the girls, she showed them an escape route and told them to run away.

The girls escaped under cover of darkness. They knocked on the door of the first house they came to, praying the owner would be friendly. Although he was Muslim, the man took pity on the girls. He allowed them to bathe and eat, and then had his sister take them to a nearby Christian village.

The girls were traumatized by their experience but are now doing reasonably well. Since it is unsafe for them to return to their home, VOM is providing care for them at a safe house through one of our project partners.

“I thank God that He has saved us from the hands of these bad people,” Naya said. “Everything is now behind me and I'm not afraid anymore. I only want to look forward now.”

And Kamka is also thankful for God's protection. “I am very grateful that many Christians pray for me,” she said. “Despite what I've been through, I still have faith in God.”

In 2007, the U.S. government labeled ISNA a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity and an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism-financing trial involving the Holy Land Foundation funneling money to Hamas. The label was upheld in 2009 because of “ample” evidence linking ISNA to Hamas. Last year, ISNA’s Canadian affiliate lost its status as a charity because of its accounting discrepancies and links to Pakistani terrorists.

This blogger has much experience with seeing from there to here - re Islamic jihad - and the genesis started before 9/11/01. However, it got ratcheted up soon afterwards. The journey is duly described within.

But it is also understood that many are deceived by the Orwellian, indoctrinating mantra, Islam is a "religion of peace", propagated by Muslim apologists through their Muslim Brotherhood Mafia perches. They are duly backed up by their leftist henchmen. The proofs are manifest, as well as deeply sourced. It couldn't be any clearer.

As such, it is always instructive to hear "straight from the horse's mouth". Nevertheless, it becomes a herculean effort to convince the deaf, dumb and blind - this readership excluded! I use the word infiltrate because the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) likes to use this word when a non Muslim attends a MB conference.  Actually I spent four days with MB leaders from all across the country.  There were representatives from every known MB group and some that were recently developed.  The usual MB acronyms were there, but the most vocal were ISNA (Islamic Society of North America), NAIT (North American Islamic Trust), MSA (Muslim Student Association), and Muslim Advocates.

 

A fantastic group of American Patriots invited me to their city to obtain first-hand evidence pertaining to Islamic groups and mosques allegedly supporting the agenda of Islamic based terrorism.  This report will be general in nature until I analyze all of the intelligence I was able to obtain.

 

I stayed at the same hotel as the conference attendees.  The Double Tree (Hilton) on the Southfield Freeway, Dearborn, MI.  This Masjid Forum was specifically for Imams, Board members, and senior personnel for the dozen and a half MB acronym supporters.

 

The first MB supporters I encountered was at the Mosque Advocates (www.muslimadvocates.org) booth.  The MB supporter manning the booth talked with me several minutes.  He was passing out material to 'end hate' on the internet.  I asked him to describe some examples of hate.  He said anyone critical of Islam and Sharia Law are haters.  He used the example of ACT For America.  He went on to say anyone who opposes the building of a mosque or mosque expansion in America is a hater.  Little did he know he was talking with someone who was very critical of the Islamic ideology and Sharia law.

 

The conference should have been titled, "The U.S. Constitution and the 1st Amendment are for MB terrorists and not for American Patriots.  The Muslim Advocates group advised they were working closely with internet social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.  They are asking these groups to close the accounts of anyone who is critical of Islam.  This is considered serious hate speech and should not be allowed on the internet.  I was provided materials of their strategies and goals.

 

This is directly from Muslim Advocates: "We are experts with deep experience in the courtroom and powerful connections in Congress and the White House".  I agree with them on this statement.  Their supporters go all the way up to the highest level of the White House.  This should be of no surprise to anyone.

 

I met ISNA and NAIT Executives.  The main emphasis of the conference was for Muslims to continue building and expanding in America.  ISNA promised to help with their projects and NAIT encouraged Muslim leaders to allow NAIT to hold the mosque and other property titles, so they can be better protected.  I was informed that NAIT owned several hundred million dollars of property in America, and has the funding from 400 plus Islamic Centers in America.

 

While in Detroit/Dearborn, I went to some suggested mosques and Islamic bookstores in Detroit to conduct research.  When I was driving around Detroit and Dearborn I thought I was back in Saudi Arabia. Islamic related: Mosques, Islamic businesses, Islamic stores, etc...  It only took a few minutes to realize the Detroit area is under invasion from the MB.  The area of Detroit has been reduced to destruction.  By far it is one of the most dangerous and ugliest cities in our country.

 

While at the conference I was able to obtain a taped lecture by none other than America's number one MB terrorist leader (CAIR/Nihad Awad).  Nihad Awad had a lecture being distributed titled "How American Muslims Can Affect  Change in Politics and Media".

 

Per the norm I obtained material from Detroit mosques, the conference, and Islamic bookstores, both Sunni and Shia.  The material advocates treason, sedition, and abusing innocent Muslim women and girls.  One such piece of evidence advocates marrying off Muslim girls at any age, and consummating the marriage of these girls at the age of nine.

 

There were books on establishing Sharia throughout the world and using physical Jihad to achieve these goals.  I found the law enforcement from the Dearborn area supported the violent Islamic ideology and Sharia law more so than they support innocent American Patriots living in this area.

 

For decades there has been many people like Steve Emerson, ACT leaders, and I who have provided direct evidence about the Islamic ideology, and recently there have been actors and actresses from Fox News who are now using the data we collected for decades at great financial losses and threats to us.  

 

The Boko Haram  Islamic terrorist group in Nigeria are helping to raise the awareness of the violence within Islam.  Boko Haram essentially means "Western Education is Unlawful".  Just last night I was listening to Sean Hannity attempt to explain Shariah law to his followers.  It was very clear from the start that Hannity has maybe a 3rd grade level education on Islamic matters.  He has good intent, but hurts America more than he helps.

 

Hannity made a comment such as Boko Haram has a distorted vision of the true Islam.  He was suggesting there is an Islamic ideology formed by Mohammed that is peaceful.  Then he went on to say Sharia law is dangerous and evil.  I am sorry but only a politician can have things both ways.  There is no separation of Islam and Shariah law.  You can't have one without the other.  If one considers Shariah law dangerous, then you must acknowledge Islam as a whole is dangerous.

 

The brutality of Boko Haram is not radical Islam.  Their actions are being administered exactly as Islam dictates.  Murder, hatred, violence, sexual abuse of young girls, forced conversions to Islam, and slavery are all true aspects of Islam.

In closing, a point to ponder:  If American Patriots are indeed haters because they do not want more mosques and their expansions in America, what are the billions of Muslims to be called who would kill in the name of Islam anyone who began building churches or synagogues in Saudi Arabia?

Color me not surprised in the least. Trevor Loudon and I have warned you for years that there is a very real connection between Barack Obama, his Administration, Russia and China. It’s one thing to claim there are direct ties, it’s another to catch these governments in bed together.

Judicial Watch has done just that and my hat is off to them. It turns out that Theodore H. Moran, an adviser to James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence, has been a naughty little subversive. Yes, he has… worse still, he’s been caught. Moran has been working for the Chinese company Huawei Technologies while on the US government payroll. No biggie, right? Wrong. Huawe Technologies has been cited by the United States Congress as having potential ties to Chinese intelligence.

According to Judicial Watch, the Chinese company, Huawei Technologies, has been cited by the United States Congress as having potential ties to Chinese intelligence. According to a 2012 House Intelligence Committee report, Huawei and the Chinese government’s relationship could provide for “economic and foreign espionage by a foreign nation-state already known to be a major perpetrator of cyber espionage.”

DNI adviser Moran may have a serious conflict of interest due to his relationship with Huawei. According to Judicial Watch, his role at the Office of DNI was to “provided intelligence agencies with judgments on key international issues, including foreign investments in the U.S.”

Judicial Watch is seeking to obtain:

• “All Notifications of Personnel Action (SF-50’s), financial disclosure forms, conflict of interest forms, and expense reports for former ODNI and National Intelligence Council advisor Theodore Moran from January 1, 2007, to the present.” 

• “All memoranda and reports produced by Theodore Moran in connection with his role as an advisor to ODNI or the National Intelligence Council from January 1, 2007, to the present.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said of the pending suit, “Once again, we’ve had to sue the Obama administration to get basic information about a pressing national security issue. We want basic documents to evaluate any conflicts of interest at the heart of our nation’s intelligence establishment – the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.”

So, let me get this straight… On the one hand, Clapper screams about the threat of cyber espionage. On the other other, he’s literally bringing in Chinese spies to gather data from our intelligence agencies. ‘Two-faced, hypocrite, traitor,’ doesn’t seem to quite do Clapper justice. Remember, Clapper is the one who lied about Muslim Brotherhood contacts with this Administration. Evidently, if you are an American enemy, Clapper hearts you. Supporting a known enemy of the US and providing them aid is commonly known as treason.

As in the IRS scandal, the Obama Administration is refusing to play nice and provide transparent records and information. Gee, what a surprise.

This whole issue is part and parcel of Obama’s crony capitalism. Moran’s office deals with making judgement calls on highly sensitive international issues and foreign investments. Do the math. When we tell you a silent coup is going on in America where our enemies are being invited in and given control and wealth by the US, we mean it. ‘Selling out America’ has taken on a whole new dark meaning here.

Moran has since resigned in 2013. This was after Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) complained to Clapper that Moran’s work with Huawei “compromises his ability to advise your office.” Moran claims to have disclosed to NIC in 2010 his relationship with Huawei Technology. But that does not absolve him of wrong doing here — and if you disclose you are working for the enemy to the enemy, what’s the diff? No one ever looked into Moran’s dirty work or his dealings with the Chinese. No one ever asked, why is the DNI/DOD and Communist China so cozy these days?

And in a monolithic bout of hubris and arrogance, Moran had this to say to the AP:

According to an Associated Press story at the time of Moran’s resignation in May 2013, Moran authored a policy paper distributed by Huawei Technologies arguing that “targeting one or two companies on the basis of their national origins does nothing for U.S. security in a world of global supply chains.” Moran also criticized what he termed “a policy of discrimination and distortion that discourages valuable inward investment from overseas, while providing a precedent for highly damaging copycat practices in other countries.” Moran told AP that he was “totally transparent.”

They are being transparent. They are out in the open, conspiring with our enemies and brazenly so. How can you not see a conflict of interest (at the very least) or the spies among us (most likely) and a subversive plot going on here? The Chinese government was paying Moran while he was on the US government’s payroll. He brought their spies into our intelligence agencies — knowingly and with intent. And it never even made the news. Nada, zip — but hell, we can certainly hashtag ourselves into oblivion or sip cocoa with a wimp in PJs. Now that’s news.

Perhaps instead of glorifying a traitor such as Edward Snowden, we might do better to look within the Progressive leadership of our country:

WASHINGTON (AP) — A longtime adviser to the U.S. Director of National Intelligence has resigned after the government learned he has worked since 2010 as a paid consultant for Huawei Technologies Ltd., the Chinese technology company the U.S. has condemned as an espionage threat, The Associated Press has learned.

Theodore H. Moran, a respected expert on China’s international investment and professor at Georgetown University, had served since 2007 as adviser to the intelligence director’s advisory panel on foreign investment in the United States. Moran also was an adviser to the National Intelligence Council, a group of 18 senior analysts and policy experts who provide U.S. spy agencies with judgments on important international issues.

The case highlights the ongoing fractious relationship between the U.S. government and Huawei, China’s leading developer of telephone and Internet infrastructure, which has been condemned in the U.S. as a potential national security threat. Huawei has aggressively disputed this, and its chief executive, Ren Zhengfei, has said the company has decided to abandon the U.S. market.

Moran, who had a security clearance granting him access to sensitive materials, was forced to withdraw from those roles after Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., complained in September to the intelligence director, James Clapper, that Moran’s work on an international advisory council for Huawei “compromises his ability to advise your office.”

“It is inconceivable how someone serving on Huawei’s board would also be allowed to advise the intelligence community on foreign investments in the U.S.,” Wolf wrote.

I wonder how many others in our agencies have a ‘conflict of interest?’ Since, evidently background checks are a thing of the past, I guess anything goes in getting a job in the US government and intelligence agencies these days. You just have to be Progressively Marxist to qualify and hate your country. A treasonous streak is a perk.

With all this going on under the sheets in Washington, does anyone believe the faux saber rattling of the Obama Administration at Russia, Iran and China? It’s murderous Kabuki Theater on an international scale. We speak of sanctions on Russia and an Asia pivot for national defense… but how can you defeat your enemy when you are bedding them constantly? Hell, Clapper doesn’t just have uncomfortably close ties to the Chinese government, he’s working with them. Yep, I said it and it is what I believe. We have an unholy alliance with Russia and China going on and the last to know will be the formerly free people of the United States if we don’t turn our elections around and clean House and Senate. Tick tock.
