Just one month ago, Barack Obama swept up the swing-state popular vote and will seize another four years in power unless the Electoral Vote confirming his "win" is stopped until our uniformed men and women are given the opportunity to make their votes count!
Congress MUST launch and complete a full investigation of the overwhelming instances of voter fraud and manipulation in the 2012 General Election.
Rigged electronic voting machines in multiple cases selected an Obama vote by default regardless of who the voter selected. Absentee ballots were counted behind closed doors without nonpartisan observers.
And the 963 unaccounted-for ballots found in a warehouse by Florida election workers one week after the election are just a few of the instances of documented vote "irregularities" that None Dare Call Fraud!
And then in a class of shocking, shameful election-rigging all its own, there's the obvious disenfranchisement of our active duty military around the world, thousands of whom never received their ballots, or had their completed ballots go AWOL until Election Day was over.
In 59 different Philadelphia precincts, Obama received 19,605 votes while Mitt Romney received ZERO. According to one poll watcher, up to 10 percent of the electronic ballots cast reverted to Barack Obama by default. When auditor Robert Ashcroft was dispatched by conservatives to monitor the vote, he observed first-hand that the software would "change the selection back to default – to Obama."
Chicago elections worker Steve Pickrum, who as equipment manager was called in when a voting machine malfunctioned, told WND, "On early voting when I did work on the floor when voters needed help using the equipment, I was able to see the preference of the voter, and every time that I saw [a] voter voted for Romney a 'voter save failure' message came up on the screen.'"
This happened again when he went to vote himself only to see the same error message when he picked Romney.
He never experienced the error message when a voter selected Barack Obama while similar "Obama" problems with electronic machines were reported elsewhere in North Carolina, Nevada, Texas and Ohio.
Another Ohio problem, Romney received ZERO votes in nine Cleveland precincts.
If Philadelphia and Cleveland voting results weren't big red flags in and of themselves, in one battleground Ohio County (considered by some as "ground zero" for this election) Barack Obama received an impossible 108 percent of the vote!
To be more specific, Obama somehow raked in 106,258 votes from 98,213 eligible voters. In Florida it was even worse. The Punditpress blog reported that out of 175,554 registered voters, 247,713 votes were cast in just one county.
In Colorado, some counties had more voters than people!
That's not to mention the illegal campaign contributions for Barack Obama (including a bogus one in the name of "Osama bin Laden"), non-citizen voters, illegal immigrant voters and dead voters. And yes, we have reports of outright intimidation at the Philadelphia polls by the New Black Panther Party!
But NO ONE in Washington is doing anything!
While U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has not bothered to investigate the Black Panther voter intimidation in Philadelphia this year, or the case from 2008, he and his corrupt Department of Justice has found ample time and resources to legally challenge any state attempting to preserve the integrity of our free and fair elections by instituting basic voter-ID laws to keep non-citizens, the lively "dead" or otherwise ineligible persons from voting.
A WND investigation proved Obama's campaign repeatedly accepted obviously illegal foreign donations that were made from a Pakistani IP address and in fraudulent names, such as the name of "Osama bin Laden" – who anyone paying attention knows is NOT an American citizen and is reportedly DEAD!
The Federal Election Commission has been successfully pressured to look into the bin Laden donations, but this is just one case of election malpractice that is finally being investigated. Every other obvious instance of voter fraud has fallen by the wayside as Obama's media minions flit from one socialist news happy-talk to the next.
And Washington will not demand answers as to how Barack Obama can get 108% of the vote or why our uniformed men and women overseas never got the chance to make their voices heard – UNLESS we take action right now to petition Congress for a thorough, bipartisan investigation of rampant voter fraud and disenfranchisement of our and our fighting forces' constitutional voting rights at home and abroad.
Our elected officials will continue to ignore this constitutional crisis for as long as we let them.

If we take action right now, today, we can rely upon our Constitution to crush Obama's illicit re-election to a second term just as he crushed our soldiers' lawful right and access to vote.
Our presidential election is not decided by popular vote but by electors who will meet on the Monday after the second Wednesday in December when the actual election, or in this case re-election, of the president occurs.
Barack Obama disenfranchised our soldiers by crushing their ability to vote and have their votes count, but now we've found a way to fight back – by stopping the electoral college RUBBER-STAMPING A TAINTED RESULT FRAUGHT WITH FRAUD AND MILITARY VOTER SUPPRESSION!
Constitutional recourse is our only chance to take back the election for a RESULT NOT TAINTED BY FRAUD AND CONSISTENT WITH BALLOT INTEGRITY, and what America needs is for the Electoral College vote to be STAYED until Congress can investigate these scandalous but credible allegations of conspiratorial voter fraud and vote suppression!
We MUST stop the Electoral College from rubber-stamping a TAINTED RESULT.
We must demand that the Electoral College NOT cast their votes because of suppression of the military vote and credible allegations of systemic and conspiratorial fraud, and lawfully use the Constitution to have the U.S. House render a verdict for the Oval Office on behalf of the American electorate
According to the 12th Amendment and Article II of the Constitution, which govern the Electoral College, for the Electoral College to select the president in a contested result, the decision goes to the House of Representatives for a vote by the State delegations, which must have a quorum of two-thirds of the States voting –
That conceivably means, if enough States refuse to convene their State Electoral College vote, because their Governors, Attorneys General and federal Congressional delegations find due cause for action to protect their citizens' sacred franchise, this fraud WILL STOP!
If only a few States REFUSE to hold their Electoral College vote, but instead DEMAND that the Congress commence objective investigation of an apparently tainted election result, the Electoral College cannot vote or decide the election outcome.
What happens next is brilliant AND completely Constitutional –
If the Electoral College cannot vote or decide, then the responsibility for selecting the president and vice president is delegated to the Congress with the House of Representatives to select the president and the Senate to select the vice president!
This is HUGE! Each state delegation gets one vote, and Republicans hold a majority among states in the House.

Romney carried 24 states. Several swing-states had very dubious outcomes with many reports of voting irregularities. Conservative activists from across the nation – in every state – must contact the electors, the Republican Party and the secretary of state in all 24 of these states and tell them to hold their ground and not participate in the Electoral College when it meets on Dec. 17.
And we need to persuade a few Governors and state Attorneys General to dig in their heels, protect the integrity of our ballot franchise and the Electoral College, and send this tainted election for a clean vote into the House of Representatives.
The popular vote was held a month ago but Mitt Romney could still be president in January.
