Who is behind those "Retire Mitch McConnell" ads?

Almost every conservative web site has been prominently running ads saying "Defeat the King of Filibusters - Retire Mitch McConnell" along with a click-able button asking readers to "Sign the petition". This blog does not carry any advertisements because I don't want someone else deciding what to put here but many sites depend on the income generated by these ads and have no say about it. And it is quite odd that the same ad is showing up on so many supposedly pro-Republican web sites.

Here is a clue to those who are inclined not to think too deeply about things. The ads must be backed by Democrats because they are the sole beneficiaries. The Republican Primary is over and Mitch McConnell won. The Tea Party candidate lost. I supported and voted for Matt Bevin but he didn't get enough votes. Now its time to put aside our differences. So my message to Kentucky Republicans and Tea Party supporters is: Get over it. 

In two months we go into the election booths and everyone gets to vote for the candidate of our choice. You can vote for the Republican or you can vote for the Democrat or you can vote for the Libertarian. The race is fairly close between the Republican and the Democrat so every vote counts. The Libertarian is polling only 6-7%, hardly enough to win but more than enough to help the Democrats win. If previous elections elsewhere are a clue, the Libertarian will probably get a lot of financial support from the Democrats to gain exposure and grab a few votes, and if lucky, maybe just enough to tilt the results to the Democrat. That is why the Democrats give a lot of backdoor support to the Libertarians. So if you want to take the U.S. Senate away from Democrat Harry Reid your only choice is to vote for Republican Mitch McConnell in Kentucky and to vote for the Republican candidate in your own state.

This is a crucial election. If there is a successful effort in the House of Representatives to impeach Barack Hussein Obama for his crimes against the Constitution, by law the impeachment trial will be held in the Senate. We must also have a veto-proof Republican majority in the Senate to stop Obama's attack on American Laws and our Sovereignty. The Democrats are desperate to make millions of illegal immigrants into Democrat-voting U.S. Citizens. If he gets away with this the Republicans will never win another national election.

The real threat to America by the Islamic State comes from our government refusing to uphold the law.

The Islamic war raging across Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria at the hands of the Sunni-Muslim Islamic State that has slaughtered tens of thousands of Christians and Shi'ite Muslims is pulling like-minded Sunni Muslims from many countries into their ranks. Spured on by news reports and Twitter feeds of grotesque acts of violence, fundamental followers of the Prophet Mohammed who revel in the historic commands in the Qur'an to chop off hands and heads and rape and pillage women, have hungered to experience the thrill of the blood-letting for themselves. Hundreds of British Muslims have already traveled to Iraq and Syria to become trained and radicalized to fight in the Islamic State army. The recently published video of the barbaric beheading of American photo-journalist James Foley was carried out by a masked man speaking perfect English with a British accent leading experts to believe he is a British citizen. Similar but smaller numbers of American Muslims have also traveled to Syria and Iraq to join in the religious holy war. But the real threat from the militant terrorists in the Islamic State is the ability of these American and British Muslims to return to their home countries and since many are not Arabs or African-Americans, they can blend right in to the overall population undetected.

While Democratic U.S. government officials make alarming public statements about such threats to the American public they all seem oblivious to existing law that was written to revoke the citizenship of any American who joined a foreign army to wage war against American troops or American interests or our allies. Considering the extent of pro-Islamic sympathies coming from one-time Muslim Barack Hussein Obama, who has yet to convince anyone he is no longer still a Muslim, it is understandable why our government officials don't know how to deal with the problem. Perhaps they need to take a refresher course and read the law here at the Cornell University Law School web site.

8 U.S. Code § 1481 - Loss of nationality by native-born or naturalized citizen; voluntary action; burden of proof; presumptions

(a) A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality—

            (1) obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon his own application or upon an application filed by a duly authorized agent, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or

            (2) taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or

            (3) entering, or serving in, the armed forces of a foreign state if

                (A) such armed forces are engaged in hostilities against the United States, or

                (B) such persons serve as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer; or

            (4)

                (A) accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of eighteen years if he has or acquires the nationality of such foreign state; or

                (B) accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of eighteen years for which office, post, or employment an oath, affirmation, or declaration of allegiance is required; or

            (5) making a formal renunciation of nationality before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States in a foreign state, in such form as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State; or

            (6) making in the United States a formal written renunciation of nationality in such form as may be prescribed by, and before such officer as may be designated by, the Attorney General, whenever the United States shall be in a state of war and the Attorney General shall approve such renunciation as not contrary to the interests of national defense; or

            (7) committing any act of treason against, or attempting by force to overthrow, or bearing arms against, the United States, violating or conspiring to violate any of the provisions of section 2383 of title 18, or willfully performing any act in violation of section 2385 of title 18, or violating section 2384 of title 18 by engaging in a conspiracy to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, if and when he is convicted thereof by a court martial or by a court of competent jurisdiction.

        (b) Whenever the loss of United States nationality is put in issue in any action or proceeding commenced on or after September 26, 1961 under, or by virtue of, the provisions of this chapter or any other Act, the burden shall be upon the person or party claiming that such loss occurred, to establish such claim by a preponderance of the evidence. Any person who commits or performs, or who has committed or performed, any act of expatriation under the provisions of this chapter or any other Act shall be presumed to have done so voluntarily, but such presumption may be rebutted upon a showing, by a preponderance of the evidence, that the act or acts committed or performed were not done voluntarily.

Any American holding a U.S. Passport who travels to the Middle East without a justifiable reason should be placed under intense scrutiny when attempting to return. The government already has this ability and has identified many American Muslims who have been killed in action fighting for al Qaida, ISIS or the Taliban. If they know of these people who have left our soil to engage in hostilities then they should simply revoke their passports and refuse to allow them to reenter the United States when they try to return home. They should not even be allowed to board the flight. 

Three years ago Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman (I) along with Massachusetts Republican Senator Scott Brown introduced the “Enemy Expatriation Act”, a bill to strip the citizenship from any American who participated or actively supported any terrorist organization. The bill failed to pass and has been reintroduced every year since and still lingers in Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's circular filing cabinet. Considering Reid's abject obedience to his master Barrack Hussein Obama, who is on record of "standing with Islam" it is understandable why radicalized Muslims haven't been prevented from returning home after service to the Islamic State. And we can thank our pro-Democrat, state-run mainstream news media for covering up for them.

But here is the text and description of references for the bill from Wikipedia.

The Enemy Expatriation Act (HR 3166 and S. 1698) is a proposed law in the United States sponsored by Senators Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Scott Brown (R-MA) and Representatives Charlie Dent (R-PA) and Jason Altmire (D-PA). The bill would allow the United States government to strip US citizens of their citizenship if they participate in terrorism, defined as "providing material support or resources to a Foreign Terrorist Organization, as designated by the secretary of state, or actively engaging in hostilities against the United States or its allies."^[1] In early 2012, the proposal was compared to the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act, and some writers have suggested that the two laws could be used together to take away citizens' civil liberties.^[2][3][4] If passed, the bill would add to the circumstances under which US citizenship can be lost.^[1][4]

The bottom line to all of this is that America is being set up to experience a religious war wherein Islam will attempt to carry out their threats to drench us in blood. And you can bet that every Muslim who couldn't afford the price of a plane ticket will come out from their mosques and join them. And all the while we have had a law on the books for decades that could be used to prevent these barbaric monsters from getting home.

Facts compiled and reported so far justify the shooting of Michael Brown.

 

Well, the liberal news media, that so often slant and hide the facts, managed to get it half right when they described Michael Brown, the Ferguson, Missouri thug killed by the police. Hardly the "gentle" sort, the 6'4" 292 lb. man was a giant, but the liberal news media all decided to call him a gentle giant because it sounded so nice. And Michael Brown proved what he was capable of doing when he lifted and tossed a convenience store clerk during a robbery that was caught on video shortly before his encounter with the police. And before getting shot, Michael Brown inflicted serious injury on Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. Gateway Pundit reported, " Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police." Furthermore, describing the slanted news coverage, according to the Media Research Center, the various stories coming from the Associated Press describing Michael Brown as a "teen" and "teenager" are in stark contravention with the AP's own Style Book that requires reporters to refer to a person 18-years old or older as a "man" or "woman" and not a teenager.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is as much of a black racist as Malik Shabazz, leader of the New Black Panthers and any of those who traveled to Ferguson, Missouri to incite the riots that have engulfed the city since the August 9th shooting. Holder, who previously ordered his DOJ attornies to squash the complaints aginst the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation, has ordered his Dept. of Justice to conduct a third autopsy on Michael Brown. Hoping to find some hidden clues that can be used to challenge the facts already revealed. Eye-witnesses to the shooting say that Michael Brown and his friend were walking down the middle of the street when Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson pulled up in his police cruiser and told him to get off the street. The initial fight between Brown and Police Officer Wilson began when Officer Wilson tried to get out of his cruiser and Brown shoved him back inside. CNN reported "When Wilson tried to get out of his cruiser, Brown first tried to push the officer back into the car, then punched him in the face and grabbed for his gun before breaking free after the gun went off once, the caller said." It is not clear if that first shot struck Brown or not. The Medical Examiner did not say if any powder burns were found on Brown or his shirt which suggests that Brown was some distance away when he was hit by Officer Wilson's bullets.

Then Michael Brown began to run away but stopped when Officer Wilson ordered him to freeze. But then, with all of his huge size, Brown turned around and lowered his head and charged full speed some 30-50 feet at the police officer. It was then that Officer Wilson shot him six times. The first two autopsies showed Brown received four bullet wounds to his right arm and two bullet wounds to his head. One of the head wounds was straight down indicating Brown's head was in a lowered, charging position, not unlike the position of a front line football player.

The complete toxicology report on Michael Brown hasn't been completed or released yet but it was revealed yesterday that Brown had marijuana in his system which could further explain his belligerent attitude.

The liberal news media immediately sprang into action as they did in Florida when George Zimmerman, a volunteer neighborhood watch captain shot Trayvon Martin after he was viciously attacked. The police were labeled as racists and Michael Brown was bemoaned as an innocent gentle giant who was loved by everyone and who wouldn't hurt a fly. None of the liberal news media coverage was substantiated by facts and what little information came to light was leaked out in dribs and drabs by local officials. A previously unnoticed detail in a background conversion of a video taken minutes after the Ferguson shooting could change the course of the investigation into Mike Brown’s death.

The original video poster appears sympathetic to the narrative that Mike Brown was shot unarmed with his hands in the air. But he unknowingly picks up conversation between a man who saw the altercation and another neighbor.

An approximate transcription of the background conversation, as related by the “Conservative Treehouse” blog, who originally discovered the conversation:

So after being wounded by the not so gentle giant, and now seeing him charging back to renew his attack, Ferguson Police Office Darren Wilson began firing his weapon in self defense. The last of the six shots were to Michael Brown's head which were the killing shots so the first shots must have been to his arm to stop him but were ineffective. Michael Brown finally fell to the ground dead only a few feet away.

I have never sympathized with the overly militarized tactics of local police forces or their use of the armored tanks brought into Ferguson to quell the riots but this incident was clearly a case of self-defense.

What started as a contested shooting of 18 year-old Michael Brown, has now been nudged into a full blown racial conflict in Ferguson, MO by Communists, the New Black Panthers and the DOJ (yes, you read that right, the US Department of Justice). Trayvon Martin didn’t get the job done, so the race hustlers have moved on to their next racial martyr to incite riots and violence and further the Progressive agenda.

Without a trial or facts entered into evidence… without Constitutional rights employed and innocent till proven guilty assumed… people who hate full time and want us at each others throats literally, have declared officer Darren Wilson guilty of state assassination (per the Rev. Jesse Jackson). The media have provided his name, address, phone number and email to the public and have done everything but draw a map to his front door — scratch that — visually they have drawn a map to his home. He can’t go there anymore. The lapdog media, aka the propaganda arm of the Obama Administration, is furthering mob rule and chaos. What a shock.

Good, hard working people don’t understand why the police now are just standing there doing nothing. Armed to the teeth, they roll in like the military ready to quash riots. Bad, bad PR for the cops and certain leaders freaked out when cops arrested reporters and destroyed their recording equipment. Now, it seems like they have gone the other way and have bowed to political pressure to not intervene. They’ve been ordered to stand down. It’s one thing to protest what you consider to be a wrongful death at the hands of the police… it’s quite another to loot, steal and destroy for the hell of it. People protecting their homes and businesses would like to know why the police won’t just do their job:

The looters have supporters and instigators out en force. Enter the Communists, the New Black Panthers and the DOJ.

Last night in Ferguson, the New Black Panthers led a massive march of over a thousand people, chanting:

What do we want?
– Darren Wilson
How do we want him?
– Dead

The DOJ is in the thick of all this. Within the group chanting for death to the aforementioned officer, is none other than the Civil Rights Division group known as the Community Relations Service. Think about that long and hard. They are calling for the death of an officer and inciting riots and violence. They are from our government and are here to help. I’ve actually seen pictures of Chief Jackson working with the New Black Panthers during all of this. I mean, what is he thinking?

The CRS is there at taxpayer cost with all expenses paid for by the federal government. So ask yourself this: “why is Eric Holder allowing this type of racial animus”? Why isn’t the police or local law enforcement stopping these visible requests for the death of a public official?

The obvious answer is they agree with it. If they did not accept and agree with it, it would not be allowed.

This is the same thing that happened in 2012 at Fort Mellon Park in Sanford Florida.

Exactly right. And the martyrdom of Trayvon Martin continues, along with the long anticipated and yearned for race war that Leftists have been pushing for over several decades.

The New Black Panthers are the black equivalent of the KKK. They hate all white people and they have no problem with murdering adults and children alike. Looting was rampant and one person was shot last night (note: not by a cop). And although The Washington Post went out of their Marxist little way to indicate how many bad guns were present, the seven people who were arrested last night were unarmed. And the New York Times couldn’t help themselves — they just had to blame white people. In point of fact, you should probably lay the blame on Progressives for creating these urban hellholes in the first place. The New Black Panthers warned of other revolutionary groups arriving as well:

From a local source in Ferguson: The New Black Panthers say, “We can not guarantee your safety.” – Three revolution groups are in town. They want absolute mayhem.

Communist groups such as the Revolution Club Chicago arrived early on and were the instigators of unrest. Now there are several reports that Chicago Communists and New Black Panther leaders have infiltrated the protest movement in Ferguson, Missouri.

Here’s the inside scoop on the latest violence in St. Louis. There’s a lot of buzz on the ground about a communist group that was bussed into Ferguson from Chicago. They provoked the police with Molotov cocktails the night of August 13th while the local protesters peacefully protested. That’s when police responded with gas and flash grenades. Their reported goal is to make the protests go super-violent, spread across the region, and spark a revolution. They are said to visibly stand out from the local protesters in how they respond to police and intimidate reporters when photos and video are taken of them. So, you’ve got white Chicago Communists and the uber racist New Black Panthers fomenting chaos, violence and rioting. You’ve got the DOJ on the ground and in the mix and praying for an excuse to declare martial law.

Fox News staffers uncovered more from Kweli’s Facebook page: “This is the hour all the greats promised. If you die, die like a warrior. I’ll see you on the ground.”

On Wednesday the group made a list of demands, along with other groups including the Nation of Islam and the Organization for Black Struggle. Part of the list mandates that the officer involved in the shooting of Michael Brown on Saturday be fired and charged with murder.

On Friday morning the New Black Panthers made their presence felt by taking over a press conference scheduled for Ferguson’s Police Chief Tom Jackson. The group’s leader, Hashim Nzinga, grabbed the mic and ranted to the audience gathered there, criticizing President Obama, calling him a “Mau Mau” from Kenya, adding, “He need to go back to his roots and stop people from killing Africans in the streets.”

The Panthers is the same group that tried to stir up trouble in Sanford, Florida, following the shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman back in 2012 when it announced a bounty of $10,000 for the capture of Zimmerman — “dead or alive” — resulting in Zimmerman going into hiding. When asked at the time why the party was deliberately inciting violence there, then-leader Mikhail Muhammad answered: “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”

These are the same thugs who intimidated voters during past elections. They are a tool of Marxists and Islamists and they are deadly.

When they took over, Chief Jackson left the area. What they should have done was take back control. This sets a bad precedent of the police backing down to violent thugs. You can bet all of this was a result of a call from Eric Holder. Eric Holder, who is now ordering a third autopsy of Brown, because he didn’t like the findings of the first two. Meanwhile, the New Black Panthers and their marchers are ignoring the imposed curfew and the place is one breath away from martial law.

You’ve got Communists and the New Black Panthers, along with race hustlers and our own DOJ ginning up violence in Ferguson.
